Hello! We are looking for a new flatmate to move into a private room in our flat in Ringstraße, Heidelberg from the 15th of January. We are both students in Heidelberg University with one German man (21) and one Irish woman (also 21). We are both fun and enjoy going out with friends or having friends over for food but we also know how to respect others in the apartment! It would be great to have another international / erasmus student in the apartment although all applications are of course welcome! We are looking for a flatmate who is outgoing and friendly!
Each flat member has their own bedroom and we share a bathroom, toilet room and kitchen (the kitchen will be completely refurbished in 2022). The rooms are spacious and the building is perfectly located for Heidelberg University students as we are 5 minutes walking to Heidelberg HBF, 7 minutes by tram to Bismarkplatz, 17 (ish) minutes by bus to Alstadt and well connected to the Neuenheimer Feld Campus by bus and tram also. Pictures are available upon request!
Rent is roughly €400 (excluding WIFI and GEZ)
Moving in on February 1st is also an option!
