The best thing about this room is definitely its location. The dormitory is situated in Südstadt, but it is well connected to both the city center and the university campus. The Rheinstraße tram station is located just outside the dorm, with two lines, 23 and 24, heading directly to Bismarckplatz (10 minutes) and Neuenheimer Feld (15 minutes). There is also a bus line 29 nearby, which goes directly to Universitätsplatz. The neighborhood itself is quiet, peaceful, green, and safe. A large Tegut supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away, and the Einkaufszentrum Rohrbach Süd, with a variety of shops, is only 15 minutes by tram in the direction of Rohrbach. The main train station is only 10 minutes away by tram toward Neuenheimer Feld. Additionally, there is a parking lot and bicycle storage at the back.

The dorm consists of 5 floors, each with 11 rooms, a shared kitchen, and two gender-separated bathrooms, each equipped with 2 toilets and one shower. In the kitchen, each person has their own space in the fridge, a shelf, and a cabinet. There is also a shared freezer. In the basement, there is a shared laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. The dormitory is student-only accommodation, meaning all your flatmates are students. A large portion of the students here are international students. Shared spaces are cleaned three times a week by an employee.

The room is available and ready for immediate move-in. I'm looking for someone to take over my room, regardless of gender or age, but with university enrollment (students only). The minimum contract length is, in most cases, one year, but it can be extended. The price in the contract is 490 euros per month, including heating, water, electricity, and WLAN costs.
