Hi everyone,

From March 1st a room will be available in our WG in Pfaffengrund.

The room is about 13qm. It is just being renovated so you can choose your own furniture.

The kitchen is newly renovated as well and has everything you need: two big fridges and freezers, dishwasher, oven, microwave and many kitchen utensils. You will have your own shelf to store your food :)

Both the bathrooms are provided with toilets and showers. You can just choose one :)

The laundry (washing machine and dryer) is in the basement where there is also space for bikes (as well as outside).
The WG is located in Pfaffengrund in a quiet residential area. In a few minutes you are out in the fields!

The public transportation is really great: from "Markstraße" (10 min) you can take the tram line 22 to the main station or to the city center, but several buses are also really close to the WG (2 min).
Of course, the fastest and cheapest way is by bike. In case you don't have one already, there is a Nextbike station 5 min walking.

Different grocery stores are really close to the WG: a bakery and a pharmacy are just next to the house, Netto (5 min walking) and Kaufland (10 min).
There is a Italian restaurant just in front of the house :)

We are a young and inclusive English speaking WG, made up of different personalities and occupations, from students to young workers.
Abhisek is an engineer, Marcel is studying psychology, Luca is doing his masters in physics and Anna just started Med School.
The kitchen is our common place where we enjoy sitting together in the evening, cooking, drinking beers from time to time or babbling about life and whatever else is buzzing around in our heads.
We are a pretty chill / relaxed wg, ideal for someone who is looking for a calm shared flat.
