Hello there! Here are some infos about your possible new flat!
Location:
The flat is located in the Marienburger Höhe district and is very central. The main campus is just a few minutes away by bike. The HAWK is also only a few minutes away by bike.
There are also several shopping facilities within walking distance. Among others, there is Rewe, a NP market and nahkauf right next door.
The two lakes "Hohnsensee" and "Tonkuhle" are also within walking distance for a short walk or swimming trip.
The bus connection makes it easy to get to the city centre from here. But you can also get there by bike or walk. In addition to the main train station, there is also the Ostbahnhof, which can be reached in about 10 minutes by walking.
Apartment/Room:
The flat is bright and offers loads of space. In addition to the three WGrooms, we have a kitchen with storage room, a hallway, a bathroom and a small living room. The available room for rent is 14m^2 in size.
About us:
I'm May (24). I study Data Analytics for a Master's degree at the University of Hildesheim. I am a sociable person and love having a nice chat in the kitchen. I do prefer quiet nights but am also open for hanging out together or watching a movie sometime.
I am Carlos and from Venezuela but lived in the USA for about half my life. For the past 5 years, I have been a mechanical engineer designing 3D printers in San Diego, California. I love playing the bass guitar and bongo drums, gardening, Buddhism, Krav Maga, cooking/grilling, and watching stand-up comedy. I am very clean, organized, and easy to get along with. Sometimes I like to keep to myself and sometimes I like to hang out, cook dinner together, and chat over coffee/beers. I speak Spanish, English, Portuguese, and "toddler" German :)
Hi, I am Thalia and I am the one who is going to move out. I really enjoyed this flat but now it's time for me to move! I have some things I could leave there (e.g. a closet and a Sofa) but that's totally up to you. If you have any questions about the room, hit me up! :)
