Room for August-Octoober

Hello,
I am a medical doctor from Portugal, doing my residency, looking for a room near the Saarland University Hospital as I am doing an internship there for the duration of my stay ( august - October ). If the commute by train is not very long it does not need to be right beside the hospital. I would be arriving on the 6th of August and stay until the end of October.
I looking for a furnished room, in a quiet space, with all bills included ( gas , water , etc.). I do not cook very often.
I speak Portuguese and English, and understand Spanish fairly well.
I am a little bit tight for time so if you have a place for me I would be very thankful.
