I would like to rent my room for the summer months of July and August. Maybe you’re interested to stay in a cool and cozy flatshare with two wonderful roommates and enjoy the summer in Innsbruck. You will have your own big room with a living room and a workspace, your own emptied out closet, a big kitchen with all the necessities you need (dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine…), a bathroom with a washing machine, a separate toilet and an all day sunny and cozy balcony.

You will live close to the city center and the train station and the flat is well connected to public transportation. By bike you will need less than 10 minutes to the city center. If you want to relax and enjoy the nature, the beautiful park Rapoldi is right next to our flat. Sports enthusiasts can not only reach the mountains in 20min but can also walk or run along the river Sill or Inn, go to the near open-air swimming pool Tivoli or climb at the close-by climbing center KI.
In the flatshate, we are respectful and friendly to each other. It is a comfortable space where we like to come home. A clean space is important to us but of course only in a normal manner. During the weekdays and especially on the weekends, we often spend time together in the flat or outside - from cooking, game nights, listening to music on the balcony to hiking, swimming or playing volleyball.
In summer, we will all be on vacation at some point. So maybe you can sometimes enjoy the flat by yourself or with some other travelers.
