It is a converted apartment in the basement of a semi-detached house. We enter the apartment from the same entrance of the house, but then we go downstairs and can completely close everything off like a separate apartment. The kitchen and living room are combined which will be separated via a DIY arrangement and converted into a separate room for the 3rd person (me), so no living room, unfortunately. However, you'll get your own normal room with full privacy. The room comes furnished with a bed and a wardrobe. There is also a washing machine available in the apartment (free to use) and the kitchen is also equipped.
You'll share the apartment with me, Hamza, a 25 years old TUM MS Aerospace student from Pakistan in 1st semester. I'm a quiet person and normally keep to myself. However, if you ever need an ear, I'm always available.
2nd person you'll be sharing the apartment with is Wasay, a 26 years old MS CSE 1st Semester student at TUM, also from Pakistan. The house is owned by a small family who lives on the ground floor.
The room will be rented at a flat rate, which means electricity, water and WIFI are included in the price. The TUM Garching campus can be reached on foot in 10 minutes or by bus / underground (1 stop). REWE and all the other facilities are just 5 minutes away.
What type of person we are looking for?
We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy. We'll divide the apartment cleaning duties so you should be comfortable with that. We are absolutely NOT looking for a drinker or a smoker. It is a family house, so parties are also not possible. We are looking for someone who is respectful, cheerful and above all mindful of other people.
