Wir suchen Verstärkung für die WG! (möbliert/furnished)

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in der dritten Etage eines größeren Blocks in Lobeda-West (Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden). Sie ist in einer ruhigen Lage, da keine Hauptverkehrsstraßen in der Nähe sind. In nur wenigen Minuten läuft man zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle Emil-Wölk-Straße. Mit der Tram fährt man nicht länger als 15 Minuten zum Stadtzentrum und der Bahnhof Göschwitz ist auch in aller Kürze erreichbar. Bei der Haltstelle findet man ein Kaufland inklusive weiteren Shops (Bäcker, Apotheke, Kleidung, Ein-Euro, Imbiss etc.). Zwei Netto-Supermärkte, eine Schwimmhalle, ein Fitnessstudio und eine Sparkasse sind auch nicht weit entfernt.

Our apartment is located on the third floor of a larger block in Lobeda-West (elevator is available). It is in a quiet location, as there are no main roads nearby. In just a few minutes you can walk to the tram stop Emil-Wölk-Straße. The tram takes you to the city center in no more than 15 minutes and the train station Göschwitz is also within easy reach. At the stop you will find a Kaufland including other stores (bakery, pharmacy, clothing, one-euro, snack bar etc.). Two Netto supermarkets, an indoor swimming pool, a gym and a Sparkasse are also not far away.

In der WG wohnen Jens und Nitin. Der eine ist Labortechniker in der Polymerforschung, der andere ist Maschinenbau-Student. Unsere WG leider verlassen wird Kata.
Klar, es bleibt nicht so viel Zeit, aber ab und zu zusammen kochen, ein Bierchen trinken oder einfach nur ein bisschen quatschen ist auf jeden Fall drin ;-) Wenn du deine Ruhe brauchst, ist das also kein Problem. Es gibt keinen Putzplan, was aber nicht heißt, dass nicht geputzt wird. Für das eigene Zimmer ist jede/r selbst verantwortlich und den Rest teilt man sich einfach je nach Verfügbarkeit untereinander auf, sodass am Ende eine wohnliche Atmosphäre gegeben ist :)

Jens and Nitin live in the shared flat. One is a laboratory technician in polymer research, the other is a mechanical engineering student. Unfortunately, Kata will be leaving our shared flat.
Of course, we don't have much time, but every now and then we can cook together, drink a beer or just chat a bit ;-) So if you need your peace and quiet, that's no problem. There is no cleaning schedule, but that doesn't mean that there is no cleaning. Everyone is responsible for their own room and the rest is divided among us according to availability, so that in the end there is a homely atmosphere :)
