Zimmer in gemütlicher WG

Sie liegt direkt an der Karl-Liebknecht-Straße gegenüber der Ostschule. Bis zur Innenstadt sind es zu Fuß etwa 15 Minuten, 7 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder der Straßenbahn, deren Haltestelle fast direkt vor der Haustür ist. Ein Bus fährt ebenfalls etwa 200 Meter entfernt, sollte man die Straßenbahn mal verpassen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit entfernt, ein Edeka ist etwa 100 Meter entfernt, was um 19:45 eine echte Rettung sein kann, wenn man vergessen hat etwas einzukaufen. Mit einem kurzen Spaziergang erreicht man das kleine Kino im Schillerhof und zwei Spielplätze mit Tischtennisplatten. Des Weiteren gibt es einen richtig guten Italiener, der direkt in der Parallelstraße die beste Pizza verkauft, sowie einen Dönerladen auf dem Weg nach Hause. Die Wohnung ist am Fuße des Jenzig gelegen, den man von hier aus in etwa 20 Minuten ersteigen kann, das Ostbad ist etwa 5 Minuten entfernt und es gibt wirklich gute Jogging Strecken durch die Kleingartenanlage Richtung Kunitz. Der Paradiespark und das Camsdorfer-Ufer sind auch nicht weit entfernt.

The apartment is located more central then it's showed on the Map on WG Gesucht. It's in the Karl-Liebknecht-Straße on the opposite of the Ostschule. To the city center it is about 15 minutes on foot, 7 minutes by bike or tram, the stop is almost directly in front of the door. A bus also runs about 200 meters away, should you ever miss the tram :). Grocery stores are not far away, Edeka is about 100 meters, which can be a real rescue at 19:45 if you forgot to buy something. With a short walk you can reach the small cinema „Im Schillerhof“ and two playgrounds with ping-pong tables. Furthermore, there is a really good Italian restaurant that sells the best pizza right in the parallel street, as well as a kebab restaurant on the way home. The apartment is located at the foot of the Jenzig, which you can climb from here in about 20 minutes, the Ostbad is about 5 minutes away and there are really good jogging routes through the allotment towards Kunitz. The Paradiespark and the Camsdorfer-Ufer are also not far away.

In der WG wohnen Zavud, Augustina, Afriye und Leon.
Zavud macht seinen Doktor in Klimaforschung, Leon studiert Geologie, Afriye Soziale Arbeit und Augustina macht ein FSJ in einem Seniorenheim. Alle vier sind sehr liebe, unternehmenslustige und offene Mitbewohnis.
Das WG Leben würde ich als entspannt und freundschaftlich beschreiben. Abends triffst du eigentlich immer jemanden an, der grade am kochen ist, je nach Lust und Laune auch gemeinsam oder es wird gegenseitig probiert. Teilweise stellt es sich dennoch als etwas schwierig heraus, alle Mitbewohnis an einen Tisch zu bringen, da wir die verschiedensten Tagesabläufe haben. Trotzdem ist (eben meist abends) immer jemand da zum Quatschen, Spiele spielen oder um gemeinsam etwas zu unternehmen. Es wäre schön, wenn du also auch Interesse an einem WG-Leben hast und dieses auch aktiv mitgestalten möchtest.

Wir haben weiterhin ein kleines Stück Garten, welches wir mit den anderen Hausbewohner*innen teilen, alles auch sehr liebe Menschen zu denen auch hin und wieder Kontakt besteht.:)
Zudem wäre es gut, wenn du gerne Englisch sprichst, da (zumindest zwei von uns) noch nicht perfektes Deutsch sprechen 😊 . Außerdem schauen wir vor allem nach einer Flinta Person, damit die WG weiterhin schön ausgeglichen ist:)

Zavud, Augustina, Afriye and Leon live in the shared flat.
Zavud is doing his PhD in climate research, Leon is studying geology, Afriye is studying social work and Augustina is doing an FSJ in a retirement home. I would describe all four of them as very pleasant, communicative and open people who enjoy being out and who you are welcome to meet in person if you like ;)
I would describe life in the shared flat as relaxed and welcoming. Sometimes you meet up for shared activities or have a chat in the kitchen. However, it has recently proved a bit difficult to get all the flatmates around the same table, as we have very different daily routines. Nevertheless, there is always someone around (usually in the evening) to chat, play games, etc. It would be great if you are also interested in participating in and actively shaping shared flat life.

We also have a small garden, we are sharing with the other residents, we are also having contact to them from time to time.
It would also be good if you like to speak English, as (at least two of us) do not yet speak perfect German 😊 And we are mainly looking for a Flinta Person, so that the shared flat is still balanced.
