Beautiful and large room close to the Paradies park, completely furnished! The room is 25 m2 and includes a bed, bed frame, couch, tv table, Puff Sofa, various shelves, wardrobe and a hammock! the room is in great conditions, and I am also going to paint the walls before leaving. The room is currently organized in a chilling area, with the couch and hammock, reading area with the puff sofa, productivity area with desk and chair and sleeping area with the bed, but of course you could re-arrange or bring new furniture once you move in. The 6 windows let lots of light come in, giving a glowing feeling to the room. I would prefer to find somebody that is willing to buy most of the furniture. The house has very fast wi-fi. In the room is also present an ethernet cable to connect to a laptop or playstation or xbox to reach maximum speeds. The price for all the furniture would be a very reasonable 150 euros (if you are interested in just some of the furniture, we can find a compromise).
The price of the room is 367 and includes rent and all other expenses.

Very central location. Paradiesstraße 2 is very close to the Paradies Park (great if you like to run in the morning or relaxing in the afternoon) and many supermarkets (nah & gut, Edeka, Tegut and Aldi) are a 2 to 5 minutes walk. Public transportation stops are down the corner and many take-away restaurants (Shawaland, city Kebap) are very close.
The WG has in total 5 people. The atmosphere is very friendly and relaxing. Current housemates are: Alex who is bachelor student. He's German and also speaks very good English and Russian. Tom is a PhD student from the states and speaks excellent German. Sofia is from Russia, she is going her Erasmus in Jena and speaks German like a native. Finally we have Melli, bachelor student from Germany who also speaks very good English. In the house there are opportunities to socialize, while cooking dinner, but when you want to just relax in your room nobody is going to disturb you (best of both worlds :)
The house is clean, as we have a good system in which task are allocated to each person each week. In this way we make sure that all the common spaces are clean and tidy.
In the house there is super cute cat (called Katze). She likes to play and be cuddled.
