I'm renting my room. The monthly warm rent is 185 euros (including utilities) and 10 euros for the internet if you want to have access to the wireless internet. The caution deposit is 550 euros.
The room is 8m² and is located on the 3rd floor of the building.
The room is furnished. The kitchen is also fully equipped (oven, sink, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher). The tiled bathroom has a bathtub/shower curtain. There is also a washroom and you don't have to pay extra to use it. The building has a basement and a place to park your bicycle.
The apartment is in the city center and everything can be reached in a very short time. The nearest tram station is Steinweg, which is 2 min away by walking or you can also reach Universität tram station in 4 mins. One can find Lidl just close to the apartment. Behind the building is the Saale river and the park.
The ThULB and old university building is very close (less than 3min), and also the campus is just a little bit further away.
The flatshare is very quiet. Almost half of the time my flatmates aren't around, so there is usually not much going on in the apartment.
Christian (20) is your first flat mate. He studies at History at FSU and aspires to become a teacher. He is very much friendly and is quiet.
Vikitha (26) is your second flat mate. She is doing her internship.
We cook a lot. Christian bakes different cakes and you find it yummy. He also makes ice creams and you can have cool summer days with the taste of fresh icecream.
