Gemütliche Wohnung sucht einen lieben Menschen / Cosy flatshare looking for a friendly person

Wir wohnen hier sehr zentral an der Rückseite des Volkshauses, der Uni-Campus und Goethe-Galerie (samt sämtlichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) sind 2 min zu Fuß entfernt, die Fachhochschule 15 min Fußweg, und die Bahnhöfe (sowohl Paradies als auch der West) je 10 min.
Und auch auf dem Spazierpfad an der Leutra ist man auch in ner Minute, auf dem Friedensberg in sieben Minuten und wenn man gar keine Lust auf Stadt hat, ist man in 15 Minuten im Jenaer Forst.
Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und durch die Küchenfenster blickt man auf unseren gemütlichen Hinterhof/Garten. Im Sommer kann man ganz bequem ein Tablet durchs Küchenfenster reichen, um draußen zu Frühstücken, Kuchen zu essen und das Leben zu genießen. Wir teilen den Garten mit dem Rest des Hauses, was ihn auch zum hausinternen Treffpunkt macht und eine kleine Gemeinschaft - besonders mit den Menschen im Hinterhaus - hat wachsen lassen.

The place is very central, just behind the Volkshaus. The Uni-Campus and the Goethe-Galerie (which comes with many shopping options) are 2 minutes away by foot, the Fachhochschule 15 minutes away, and the train stations (both Paradies and West) are each 10 minutes away.
You can also get to the walk along the Leutra in one minute, to the Friedensberg in 7 minutes, and if you have lost your appetite for the city completely, you can get to the woods in 15 minutes.
The flat is on the ground floor and the windows look out into the garden. In the summer, one can pass a tray through the window in order to set up breakfast, or have cake outside, and generally enjoy life. We share the garden with the other residents of the house, which also makes it an internal meeting spot, and as such it has cultivated a little community.

In der Wohnung wohnen Marianne, Bogdan und Judith. Marianne studiert Geographie, bouldert und klettert gerne und ist immer für ein Bastelprojekt zu begeistern. Judith ist eine Künstlerin mit Farben, Zeichentablet und Kochlöffel und kann als Soziologiestudentin stets über Gesellschaft diskutieren. Bogdan ist wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter in der Mathematik an einer Uni in Großbritannien - deswegen ist er nur ca. die Hälfte der Zeit da. Er hat gerade Schach für sich entdeckt, backt gerne nachts Bananenbrot und spielt sehr schön Klavier. Bogdan und Judith sind zusammen. (Anmerkung von Marianne: Nicht auf die anstrengende Art, sondern man lernt trotzdem beide als Menschen kennen und kann erwiesenermaßen mit ihnen in den Urlaub fahren. :) )
In der Küche haben wir eine Couch, die sehr gemütlich ist – hier versinken wir gerne in langen Gesprächen, Radiobeiträgen/Podcasts oder Büchern. Sie dient auch gut als Schlafplatz für spontanen Besuch.
Wir haben momentan keinen Haushaltsplan, wären aber offen dafür. Wir teilen uns einige Grundnahrungsmittel und kochen auch gerne mit- und füreinander. Wichtig ist uns, dass eine offene Atmosphäre herrscht, in der sich alle wohlfühlen können. Gerade weil wir so nah beieinander wohnen, ist es wichtig, dass jede Person zu Wort kommt und ihre Bedürfnisse kommunizieren kann. Im Grunde wünschen wir's uns einfach glücklich und zufrieden in der WG, verständnisvoll für das Leben der anderen und gelassen – so dass man sich entspannt und zu Hause fühlt.

Marianne, Bogdan and Judith live in the flat. Mariane studies geography. She enjoys climbing and bouldering, and is always up for a DIY project. Judith is an artist with colours and cooking utensils and is always ready to discuss social issues as a sociology student. Bogdan is a maths research assistant in a UK university - because of that, he is only here around half the time. He has recently discovered chess as a hobby, he likes to bake banana bread at night, and plays the piano wonderfully. Bogdan and Judith are together. (Comment from Marianne: not in an annoying way, you can still get to know each of them independently and - as has been proven - can vacation with them.)
In the kitchen, we have a very comfortable sofa – on it, we enjoy delving into long conversations, listening to the radio or sinking into books. It’s also a great sleeping place for spontaneous guests.
We currently have no house cleaning schedule, but we would be open to one. We split some staple foods between ourselves, and like to cook together and for one another. It is important to us that we build an open atmosphere in which everyone feels comfortable. Since we live so close to one another, it is essential that everyone has their say, and has a chance to communicate their needs and concerns. Basically, we just try to be considerate, understanding of others, and laid back, so that we can all feel at home and relaxed in the WG.
