WG Zimmer. PhD student searching for a comfortable and calm place to live

Hi!

My name is Juan (33), I was born in Colombia but in the last 8 years I have lived and worked abroad. I am doing my PhD in Biotechnology at RWTH Aachen. I will move soon to Jena (November) for one year, but it can be extended. I will work at the research institute Leibniz-HKI. I am starting my last year of studies, so I need a comfortable and calm place to live.

I am still dealing with German language (level A2-B1), that´s the reason I write in English. I am trying to get into a real German speaking atmosphere, which will be an advantage to improve my level. A little about me: I don’t smoke. I like to maintain shared and private spaces clean and organized. My favorite music is Rock and some Latin rhythms. I consider myself a sociable person and I like to cook general meals and Latin American food if I find proper ingredients :)

My plan is to move with some furniture that I have here in Aachen. I will be in Jena from 3th of November to visit places and at the same time to start my work. A friend that lives in Jena can also check the place for me in advance (during the rest of October) if it is necessary.
