SOS LOOKING LONG-TERM RENT FOR JUNE 2020.

Hello,
1. Personal Information
My name is Anh Thu, a girl student from Vietnam. I am studying Foundation Year in Karlshochschule International University and will study bachelor about Economics next semester (September/2020) . Im living shared flat on Zahnringer Street 4 in Studierentwerk at the moment. My contract will end at 28th May so I am looking for a room after that. I intend to rent long-term with max 280 euros/month (include utilities)
2. Personality
I considered myself easy-going, calm, and a little bit introvert. I can cook Asian Food, and want to try other style too. I really keen on diging deep in other cultures. Therefore, it would be nice if I can share a lot thing together while cooking, studying (or even drinking) with flatmates. Besides, I love gym, yoga, and jogging. I hope I can practice that with roomates. At weekend, I like spending time going to theater (for watching a cultural show, play, or symphony) or simply riding a bike and sightseeing.
3. My life in Karlsruhe
Ive just move here a month ago and It is the first time I have studied abroad and been to Germany (actually in Europe). Therefore, everything is totally new and fresh for me. My course is taught by English, so German language is an optional. That's why I can only speak a litlle bit German (my currently level in class is A2) and text you by English. However, I try to improve German day by day (by reading Wg gesucht description (: ).
I am willing to contribute to the living community as much as I can. Also, I am willing to follow the cleaning schedule.
3. My request
- I study on Karlstrasse 36 , so I would rather rent a room around 3.5km away from my university.
- My contract would end at 28th of May, however, I can accept to pay rent fee from 20th May (or at the beginning of May if I like the room, roommates, atsmosphere,...)
- I do not have any furniture along, so it would be great if the room is fully furnished, the max pass furniture cost I can afford is 100 euros :< (Sorry... because I'm still in Foundation Year so I do not allowed to have part-time job by law right now. I do not burden my family budget a lot)
- My max rent: 280 euros/month (include utilities)
- Flatshare type and flatmates would not be my matter. I will try to be flexible for you guys
