Starting from August 1st, we have three rooms available for rent in this recently renovated shared apartment, perfect for international students. The rooms are spacious, with sizes of 2 x 18 sqm and 1 x 11 sqm, featuring beautiful hardwood floors and tasteful furnishings. The large windows and high ceilings create a bright and welcoming atmosphere.
The following rental conditions apply to each room:
Room: 11 sqm, Rent: €360 (cold), €450 (including utilities)
Room: 18 sqm, Rent: €420 (cold), €540 (including utilities)
Room: 18 sqm, Rent: €420 (cold), €540 (including utilities)
An internet connection is available and included in the rent. The electricity costs of approximately €20 are additional.
The deposit is three times the net cold rent.

The apartment is located in the highly sought-after neighborhood of Kiel Schreventeich, which is ideal for international students. The University Center is just a 10-minute bike ride or bus journey away, ensuring convenient access to your studies. Various amenities such as shops, doctors' offices, pharmacies, schools, and kindergartens are within close proximity. The city hospital is also located nearby. This location is known for its short distances, and the train station is easily reachable within 10 minutes by bike. Excellent public transportation provides quick access to Kiel's city center, and there are excellent connections to the Bundesstraße 76 highway as well as highways leading to Hamburg and Rendsburg/Flensburg.
This shared apartment offers a unique opportunity for international students to form a diverse and supportive community. We welcome students from all backgrounds and cultures. The rooms come fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, and nightstand (see attached photos). Upon your arrival, the beds will be freshly made, and bed linen is included, allowing you to travel light.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, cutlery, crockery, and cooking utensils. It has also recently been renovated. From the kitchen, you have access to a small balcony (loggia). There is a shared washing machine and dryer in the building. All rooms feature hardwood floors, and the bathroom, equipped with a window, has been completely renovated to meet modern standards.
