Zwischenmiete in schnuckeliger 2er WG ar

Die Lage ist echt angenehm. Der Südfriedhof ist divers aufgestellt und im Umkreis hast du gute Anbindungen zu Bus und Bahn (HBf ist nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt) - Einkaufen ist auch in 400m machbar, genauso wie die vermeintlich besten Döner/- Falafelläden. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig und die Muthesius in circa 15min erreichbar. CAU und FH sind mit direkt Busverbindungen auch gut zu erreichen. Die Straße in der wir wohnen ist voll mit Studierenden und eher ruhig angelegt.

Du würdest zusammen mit Lea wohnen, sie studiert im 07. Semester an der Muthesius Szenografie und verbringt wird deshalb auch die meiste Zeit des Tages dort anzutreffen zu sein. Da ich auch an der Muthesius studiere haben wir einen relativ ähnlichen Alltagsrhytmus und versuchen meistens zusammen zu kochen und auch unsere Wochenende halbwegs gemeinsam zu gestalten. Bei uns gehen Freunde ein und aus, meistens ist auch Leas Freund bei uns und so ist die Wohnung selten ganz leer.

Teilen ist eigentlich auch der Grundton in der Wohnung, von einem gemeinsamen Konto bis zu unserem Essen im Kühlschrank, den kleinen Pflänzchen in der Loggia und auch der Zahnpasta im Bad, sehen wir nicht den need alles seperat zu kaufen wenn man doch eh zusammen wohnt und sich familiär verhält. Falls du darauf also Lust hast wäre das natürlich ein Bonus! (Aber auch kein Ausschlusskriterium)

Gegessen wird vegetarisch/vegan.

Hello! My name is Letizia, and from August onwards, I will be staying in South America for about a semester. As a result, I am looking for someone to occupy my room in our cozy apartment. The move-in and move-out dates are theoretically flexible!

The room is a 15 sqm backyard room with a view of the communal garden. It is incredibly quiet, and the sun shines beautifully through the curtains from 2 pm onwards. <3

The room comes furnished, and you will have a desk and a 140 x 180 cm bed at your disposal. I will, of course, clear out my belongings to ensure that you have enough storage space in the shelf and the dresser for your clothes and other items.

The apartment is also well-designed for two people. We have a living room, a spacious kitchen with a loggia, a tiny bathroom, but both rooms are located at opposite ends of the apartment, so each person can have their own space when needed.

Location:

The location is quite pleasant. The Südfriedhof area is diverse and has good connections to buses and trains (the main train station is only a 10-minute walk away). Shopping is also possible within 400m, and some of the best kebab/falafel places are also located nearby. The city center is within walking distance, and the Muthesius University of Art and Design can be reached in about 15 minutes. The CAU (Kiel University) and FH (Fachhochschule Kiel) can also be easily reached by direct bus connections. The street we live on is full of students and is rather quiet.

Shared living:

You would be living with Lea, who is studying Scenography at the Muthesius University of Art and Design in her 7th semester, and will therefore be spending most of her day there. Since I also study at Muthesius, we have a similar daily routine and usually try to cook together and spend our weekends together. Friends come and go, and Lea's partner is usually around, so the apartment is rarely completely empty.

Sharing is the general tone of the apartment, from a joint account to our food in the fridge, the small plants on the loggia, and even toothpaste in the bathroom. We believe that it is unnecessary to buy everything separately when we live together like a family. If you're interested in that kind of living arrangement, it would be a bonus! (But not a requirement)

We eat vegetarian/vegan meals.

We interact with each other with consideration, respect, and sensitivity.
