Hello everybody,
I'm Lorenzo and I'm leaving my WG-Zimmer in Belgischen Viertel to move into an apartment for myself.
The room will be rented for 3 months, from the 1st of May to the end of July, for 580 Euro per month + 1000 Euro of deposit.
It´s circa 16qm, it has high ceilings like the all apartment (3,70m) and two high windows on the internal court, very quiet.
The wooden floor is partially covered with very nice black and white tiles because originally this room was a kitchen, that's why there's a little additional storage room that I use as a walk-in wardrobe. Moreover, on top of this "wardrobe", there's a lot of space where I put my suitcases, boxes and whatsoever. (See pictures)
I'll leave the room unfurnished, I'm bringing my stuff to the new apartment.
The rest of the flat is very nice, it's an Hochparterre, there's a big kitchen-living room with a view of the Richard-Wagner Strasse (don't worry windows are acoustically very well isolated),
a big balcony on the court, a bathroom with a bathtub and separated WC, then a dishwasher, washing machine, big cellar. You can bring your bicycle to the court of the building and lock it there.
In the rent, everything is included, also Electricity and WLAN.
The position is the best, really central!
Supermarkets, bars, cafes, restaurants are all around. The Bahn 1 and 7 stop just around the corner, Rudolfplatz is like 5 minutes away by foot, as well as the Grüngurtel (Park).
WG-Leben
The Flatmates are Roberto (Teacher, 51) and Alessandro (Researcher, 26), the WG life is quiet and relaxed, we all have our own privacy but at the same time, we like to spend some time together, eating, drinking and chatting.
We're looking forward to meeting you!
