I'm renting my room in a very quiet and beautiful part of the Nippes. It will be a 3 to 6 months contract at first because I’m moving a floor up and want to see how it goes in a new apartment. But I believe it would be a long agreement.
About apartment:
There are 3 bedrooms (1 for you), kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The room is 15 sqm, with a big window and a big ceiling. It's an old building which gives the room its charm.
Location:
Nippes, Merheimer Str.
7 min walk from Florastrasse Ubahn, the heart of the Nippes, 12 min from S-bahn, and the bus just 3 min. The street is really amazing.
WG live:
You will live with 2 Italian guys.
Marco(30), Vitorio(26). They both work full-time. They are a friend and cook pasta every evening. 😄🤌 Very friendly and nice guys.
(If you are reading this, start your message with Pasta, so I know you are aware of everything). :)
Price:
580€ is the worm cost, including everything. Transfer agreement 50€ for a mattress. The room comes unfurnished, only the bed and mattress will stay. But I can give u another sofa and hanger, from the flat I'm moving to(for free). It's up to you. :)
