bitte lest unsere Anzeige gründlich durch, bevor ihr uns anschreibt.

Wir sind eine dreiköpfige Familie, die das Glück hat in einer eher größeren Wohnung in Köln zu leben.
Aktuell benötigen wir eines der uns zur Verfügung stehenden Zimmer nicht zwingend. Da wir wissen, dass der Wohnraum in Köln sehr knapp ist, wollen wir jemandem der:die in Köln eine Unterkunft sucht, die Möglichkeit geben, unter der Woche mit uns gemeinsam in Köln zu wohnen.
Für uns kommt aktuell erstmal nur jemand in Frage, die:der am Wochenende pendelt. Wir denken, dass du und wir zunächst einmal die Chance benötigen um zu gucken: Passt es für alle Beteiligten? Daher würden wir erstmal einen "Probemonat" vereinbaren wollen, so dass es uns allen freisteht zu gucken, ob es passt oder eben nicht.

Unsere Wohnung verfügt über ein Zimmer, dass wir an dich vermieten würden.
Da unser Schlafzimmer direkt an die Küche/den Wohnraum angrenzt ist es für uns wichtig, dass wir unser Kind (2 Jahr) abends ungestört ins Bett bringen können. Daher wäre es - so umständlich es ist - wichtig, dass der Wohn-/Küchenbereich in der Zeit von ca. 20:30 Uhr bis ca. 21:00 Uhr nicht genutzt werden kann und im Anschluss nur für "ruhige Aktivitäten". Bitte überleg dir, ob das für dich wirklich ok ist. Solltest du eher um 20 Uhr starten wollen zu kochen, dann käme ein Zusammenleben für uns nicht in Frage.

Da wir versuchen unser Kind bilingual zu erziehen, würden wir uns freuen, wenn du spanisch sprichst, dies ist aber kein muss.

We are a family of three who are lucky enough to live in a rather large apartment in Cologne.
Currently we do not absolutely need one of the rooms available to us. Since we know that living space in Cologne is very scarce, we want to give someone who is looking for accommodation in Cologne the opportunity to live with us in Cologne during the week.
For us, at the moment, only someone who commutes on weekends comes into question. We think that you and we first need the chance to see: Does it fit for all parties? Therefore, we would first like to agree on a "trial month", so that we are all free to see whether it fits or not.

Our apartment has a room that we would rent to you.
Since our bedroom is directly adjacent to the kitchen/living room, it is important for us to be able to put our child (2 years old) to bed undisturbed in the evening. Therefore, as inconvenient as it is, it would be important that the living room/kitchen area cannot be used from about 8 pm to about 9 pm and only for "quiet activities" afterwards. Please consider if this is really ok for you. Should you want to start cooking earlier at 8 pm, then living together would be out of the question for us.

Since we are trying to raise our child bilingually, we would be happy if you speak Spanish, but this is not a must.

The rent takes into account the room, the bathroom, the shared use of the balcony and the living/kitchen area.
