I am moving out of my loved WG in Humboldt-Gremberg (right next to the TH Köln) and I am looking for a new person for my room.
Henrique , who will be you new flatmate, is a 26 years old Brazilian. He a cool and outgoing dude, who loves sports and cooking. As a new flatmate he prefers a Spanish or Portuguese speaking male between 23 and 33.
The flat is ideal as WG because toilet and bath is separated from each other and the two bedrooms are across the flat, so everybody has its peace. During the pandemic I did home office almost every day, having no problems at all, the neighborhood is really quite as well. :) The flat also has a balcony you can use.
5 Minutes from the flat you have a Netto supermarket and a bus stop with buses to kalk or Deutz. A 10 min walk away ist the u-bahn station "technische hochschule", and after 3 stations you are at Heumarkt.
Your room will be empty. If you want, you can buy my bed for 350€, which is a 2 years old ikea Bett (https://www.ikea.com/de/de/p/lauvik-boxbett-hafslo-mittelfest-beige-s69156720/).
The 420€ rent includes everything (Internet, energy, water, heat, etc.) ;)
