Then this Room is for you! A cozy room in 4-er WG is available from now on!
There is an administrative requirement: You have to be a student in Cologne registered in the waiting list of ktsw for a few months. Please add in your request how long you are in the waiting list.
Also there’s Abschlag for furniture and things I leave (150 euro, read below).
Flat description: 2 WCs - one bathroom has a shower. The common kitchen with almost panoramic windows. We do try to stick to the cleaning plan to keep our flat clean.
Room description:
Super spacious, furnished, has a window and a door leading to a tiny balcony. The room lights up pretty well during the day time, which is nice if you are studying the whole day online and have some sunshine inside.
It is located ONE STOP from Cologne, so officially this is already Hürth (Höninger Weg). But practically from the city center to the house is the same distance as if you would go to Zollstock or to Rodenkirchen. There is a tram 18 going to Uni Center, Neumarkt and Cologne Central Railway station (Hbf)!
The tram stop is 10 min walk from the house, or 5 min by bike.
You would be living with 3 other people.
Important!
I would leave the curtains, the lamp, side table, 2 wardrobes, desk table, chair for 150 Euros.
