WG in Lindenthal directly at Aachener Str. / Gürtel

Die Wohnung liegt im 3. OG, direkt an der Haltestelle Aachener Str./Gürtel im schönen Stadtteil Lindenthal/Ecke Braunsfeld.
Zum Stadtwald brauchst du ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg (Mit dem Rad sogar nur 2) und bist direkt im Grünen - Perfekt für den Sommer, so hast du also einen riesen großen Garten vor der Tür ;)

Bis zum Bahnhof Ehrenfeld/Venloer Str. und zum Belgischen Viertel sind es lediglich 5 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn.
Besser geht's kaum :)
Direkt vor dem Haus fahren die Straßenbahnlinien: 1, 7 und 13 und die Buslinie 172 und 140, sodass du in alle Richtungen ratz fatz unterwegs sein kannst.

Vor der Haustüre befindet sich auch ein Bäcker, Kiosk und ein Fitnessstudio fußläufig (oder wenn du lieber eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle weiter fährst) sind ebenso ein Hit, Rewe, Aldi, DM etc.). Dein Fahrrad kannst du ganz easy vor der Tür oder im unseren Keller unterbringen.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, right next to the Aachener Str./Gürtel stop in the beautiful district of Lindenthal/Braunsfeld.

It takes about 5 minutes on foot to reach the city forest (only 2 minutes by bike), and you'll be right in the green - perfect for the summer, so you have a huge garden right outside your door ;)

To the Ehrenfeld/Venloer Str. train station and the Belgian Quarter, it's just a 5-minute tram ride away. It can hardly get any better :)

Right in front of the house, there are tram lines: 1, 7, and 13, as well as bus lines 172 and 140, so you can easily get around in all directions.

There's a bakery, kiosk, and a fitness studio within walking distance from the doorstep (or if you prefer, just one tram stop away) - and also places like Hit, Rewe, Aldi, DM, etc. Your bicycle can be easily stored in front of the door or in our basement.

Ich bin Melany (32) aus Bolivien und lebe seit 2 Jahren in Köln. Ich bin Umweltingenieurin und beende derzeit meinen Master in Wasserressourcenmanagement, während ich halbtags arbeite. Obwohl ich noch Deutsch lerne, ist es wichtig zu wissen, dass Englisch/Spanisch für eine reibungslose Kommunikation notwendig ist.

In meiner Freizeit genieße ich Aktivitäten im Freien wie Wandern, Meditieren und das Erkunden neuer Orte mit meinen Freunden. Ich habe eine Leidenschaft für Reisen und das Eintauchen in verschiedene Kulturen. Außerdem male und fotografiere ich gerne. Ich betrachte mich als entspannt und genieße es, Gespräche zu führen, wenn ich zu Hause bin. Wenn du Zeit hast, wäre es toll, gelegentlich eine Mahlzeit miteinander zu teilen. Ab und zu lade ich auch meine Freunde in die WG ein, um gemeinsam etwas zu kochen oder eine unterhaltsame Unterhaltung zu haben.

Was ich von dir erwarte:

Eine Person, die ehrliche und einfühlsame Kommunikation während unserer gemeinsamen Zeit schätzt, mit einem Schwerpunkt auf Respekt, Ruhe und Sauberkeit in den gemeinsamen Bereichen. Eine saubere und organisierte Umgebung trägt zu einer harmonischen und angenehmen Gemeinschaft für alle bei :).

Ich möchte Mitbewohner finden, die bereit sind, gelegentlich Zeit miteinander zu verbringen, wie gemeinsames Kochen oder ein unterhaltsames Gespräch, wenn wir uns zu Hause treffen (falls wir beide Zeit haben). Musik ist immer willkommen, solange wir die Ruhezeiten des anderen respektieren.

Die WG ist kein Partyort. Freunde sind willkommen, aber eine entspannte Umgebung, in der sich jeder erholen kann, ist mir wichtig.
Wenn du dich mit dieser Beschreibung identifizierst, dann glaube ich, dass wir als Mitbewohner hervorragend zusammenpassen würden :)

About me:

I am Melany (32) from Bolivia, and I have been living in Köln for 2 years. I am an environmental engineer and currently completing my master's in Water Resources Management while working part-time. Although I am still learning German, it's important to know English/Spanish for smooth communication.
In my free time, I enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, meditating, and exploring new places with my friends. I have a passion for traveling and immersing myself in different cultures. Additionally, I enjoy painting and photography. I consider myself quite laid-back and enjoy having conversations when I am at home. If you have the time, sharing a meal would be great too. Occasionally, I invite my friends to the WG to cook something together or have an entertaining chat.

What I expect from you:
Someone who values honest and empathetic communication during our coexistence, with a priority on respect, tranquility, and cleanliness in the common areas. A clean and organized environment contributes to a harmonious and pleasant coexistence for everyone :).

I would like to find flatmates who are willing to spend time together occasionally, like cooking together or having a fun chat when we meet at home (if both of us have the time). Music is always welcome, as long as we respect each other's rest hours.

* The WG is not a party place. While friends are welcome, a chill environment where everyone can relax is a must.
