Hello! I'm looking for a female roommate to share this beautiful home in Köln Mülheim.

My spare room is available from June . Rent is €570, all bills included.

••House Details
The room is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, desk & desk chair, shelves, full length mirror. There's also a wardrobe in the cellar if you want it. You can paint the room any colour you want. The room also has a lock & key. The bedroom window is east-facing so gets some direct morning sunlight.

It would just be the two girls living here. We have a shared bathroom with shower / bath, toilet, sink. And a fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, washing machine, microwave, fridge, freezer and sofa.

We also have an east-facing balcony with table and chairs that you're more than welcome to fill with as many plants as you like!

The apartment is in a great location: Mülheim, 5 minutes walk from BF Mülheim which has lots of connections to the city via u-bahn and train. 15 minutes walk from the river where you can see the sunset & city skyline. 10 minutes walk from Stuntwerk bouldering gym.

🧍‍♀️:I'm Alex I'm 26 and originally from England. I work part-time in the afternoons & evenings on weekdays. I'm very friendly but I'm also very much introverted and need my space, peace & quiet time. I love cooking vegan food, climbing & spending time in nature. This is my home, not a student-flat-vibes-WG, so I look after it properly ♡
