Wunderschöner Altbau mit Garten sucht neue*n Mitbewohner*in

The apartment is located perfectly for public transport and by car. We have a bus stop in front of the door, the Mülheim train station is also just 5 minutes away. It's 10 minutes to Wiener Platz, and right on the corner of our house you will find a kiosk. You can find have everything you need on the Frankfurter Strasse: Rewe, Lidl, Netto, dm, flower shops, Turkish supermarkets, small restaurants and kebab shops.

On Tuesdays and Thursdays there is a market on Wiener Platz where you can buy fresh flowers & cheap vegetables. The Keupstrasse with the best turkish restaurants is also 15 minutes away. The Mülheimer Stadtgarten is only a 3 minute walk away and the Rhine 15 minutes.

Die Wohnung ist in einer Toplage. Wir haben eine Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, und der Mülheim Bahnhof ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Zum Wiener Platz sind es 10 Minuten, und direkt an der Ecke von unserem Haus findet man einen Kiosk, und alles was man für das tägliche Leben braucht, auf der Frankfurter Straße (Rewe, Lidl, Netto, dm, Blumenläden, türkische Supermärkte, kleine Restaurants und Dönerläden).

Dienstags und Donnerstags gibt es einen Markt auf dem Wiener Platz, wo man frische Blumen und günstiges Gemüse kaufen kann. Die Keupstraße mit den besten türkischen Restaurants ist ebenfalls 15 Minuten entfernt. Der Mülheimer Stadtgarten ist nur 3 und der Rhein 15 Gehminuten entfernt.

We, Julia and Xiaoyao are looking for a new roommate, preferably also working in the arts or creative fields. Julia studies photography in Essen and Xiaoyao works at a cultural institution. During lockdown, we spent a lot of time cooking or hanging out together, but we are still respectful or each other's space. We hope to continue with dinners once the busy life has started again. As Julia's partner is French and Xiaoyao has lived abroad for a few years, we welcome non-native German speakers to live with us. Also, we live in a space where any forms of discrimination, racism and other -isms are not tolerated.

We have a cleaning schedule, like to keep our flat clean, and would love to find a person who is proactive in these regards :)

Wir, Julia und Xiaoyao suchen eine neue Mitbewohnerin, vorzugsweise auch im künstlerischen oder kreativen Bereich. Julia studiert Fotografie in Essen und Xiaoyao arbeitet in einer Kultureinrichtung. Während des Lockdowns haben wir viel Zeit damit verbracht, zusammen zu kochen oder abzuhängen, aber geben uns trotzdem unseren Raum für uns. Da Julias Partner Franzose ist und Xiaoyao seit einigen Jahren im Ausland lebt, heißen wir nicht-deutsche Muttersprachler herzlich willkommen. Außerdem leben wir in einem Raum, in dem jegliche Form von Diskriminierung, Rassismus und anderen -ismen nicht toleriert werden.

Wir haben einen Reinigungsplan, möchten unsere Wohnung sauber halten und würden gerne eine Person finden, die in dieser Hinsicht ebenfalls proaktiv ist :)

As Xiaoyao's cat Miku lives with us, you'd be best not allergic to cats. Miku is a little rescue cat who spends her days watching birds, playing with her favorite toys, and of course napping on or under blankets.

We just moved in in November and had to install a lot of things for the kitchen and bathroom (the complete kitchen, with the oven, fridge, dishwasher, and the bathroom appliances). This would be the additional one-time payment for Hannah of 100€.

Da Xiaoyao eine Katze hat, solltest du am besten nicht allergisch gegen Katzen sein. Sie ist eine ehemalige Straßenkatze, die sehr gerne an der Fensterbank Vögel beobachtet, mit einer Schnur am liebsten spielt, oder tagsüber eingerollt wie ein Croissant schläft.

Da wir erst vor ca. einem halben Jahr in die Wohnung eingezogen sind und einiges erwerben mussten (Küche samt Geräten, Schränke/Regale etc.), würde ich gerne einen Abschlag von 100€ abkassieren. 🙃
