Your future room is 13m² and from the window, you have a very nice view of the inner courtyard and the Agnes church (see photos). I would like to rent my room as I will move out in mid July. In case you're interested you could buy all of my furniture for a good price.
The kitchen connects the three rooms of the apartment. Unfortunately, it is relatively small and there are only two hotplates and only an electric oven in the bathroom ;) Otherwise, everything you need in a kitchen is there. There is even a small dishwasher.
In addition, the apartment has a relatively large attic, which is only accessible to us. We use it as a storeroom and we have also set up a sitting area there. In spring and summer (it must be a bit warmer, as the attic is not insulated) we like to have breakfast there or watch a film together.
The WG is located in the district Neustadt-Nord, more precisely in the Agnesvierte.
You walk about 5 minutes to Ebertplatz. There the lines 12, 15, 16 and 18 go. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the university, 5 to 10 minutes to the city center and only one stop to the main station.
In the surroundings, there are some supermarkets and many small shops (the Agnesviertel is like a very busy village: cafés, bakeries, a bookstore, kiosks, a few clothes shops, etc. can be reached in 5 minutes). To Rewe you need 5min, to Aldi 10min and in 10 to 15min you are also at a Turkish and an Asian supermarket.
In 5 minutes you are at the Agneskirche, which is nice in summer. Because in the square in front of Agneskirche there are always some people sitting (including this flat ;) ) and drinking their kiosk beer on a summer evening.
Giada will be your flatmate. The other flatmate, Leonie will move out as well in July or August, so there will be someone new soon.
Giada is from Italy and she's doing her Ph.D. in Biology. (And she makes the best risotto ;)). She is relaxed and likes to cook, go for concerts and climbing. She really likes to do stuff with us flatmates, so she is looking for someone that is sociable and up for a dinner/wine now or then
