Zwischenmieter(in) gesucht in 5er WG im Agnesviertel, international people welcome, topzentrale Lage

Unsere Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stockwerk (mit Aufzug) eines Hinterhauses am Ebertplatz im Agnesviertel. Fahrradstellplätze sind im Innenhof vorhanden. Trotz der super zentralen Lage ist es sehr ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Aldi, dm, Apotheke) sind alle innerhalb von 3min zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Ebertplatz wurde in den letzten Jahren immer mehr zur Zentrum von Veedel-Aktivitäten und ist gerade im Sommer Treffpunkt für jung und alt mit live Musik und open air Bar. Das Metropolis Kinos ist direkt nebenan. Im Angesviertel wohnen vor allem junge (hippe?!) Menschen, die sich gerne bei einem Bier an der Agneskirche oder dem Ebertplatz treffen. Die Kneipendichte kann mit dem Belgischen Viertel natürlich nicht mithalten, dafür muss man hier nicht Scherben und andere Reste der letzten Nacht umfahren. Mit dem Fahrrad bist du trotzdem in 10 Minuten imBelgischen Viertel (oder 3 Haltestellen mit der Bahn). In 5 Minuten geht es zu Fuß an den Rhein oder in den schönen Lohsepark. Das Haus ist direkt an der U-Bahn Haltestelle Ebertplatz (Linien 12, 15, 16, 18, +Busse). Neben uns wohnen noch drei WGs im Haus.

Our apartment is located on the second floor (with elevator) of a rear building on Ebertplatz in the Agnesviertel. Bicycle parking spaces are available in the inner courtyard. Despite the super central location it is very quiet. Shopping facilities (Rewe, Aldi, dm, pharmacy) are all within 3min walking distance. The Ebertplatz became in the last years more and more the center of “Veedel” activities and is especially in summer meeting point for young and old with live music and open air bar. The district is mainly inhabited by young (hip?!) people who like to meet at the Agneskirche or the Ebertplatz for a beer. The density of pubs can't keep up with the Belgian Quarter, of course, but you don't have to drive around broken pieces of glass and other leftovers of the last night. By bike you can still reach the Belgian Quarter in 10 minutes (or 3 stops by train). In 5 minutes you can walk to the Rhine or to the beautiful Lohsepark. The house is directly at the subway stop Ebertplatz (lines 12, 15, 16, 18, +buses). Next to us there are three more shared flats in the house.

WG-Leben
Wir wohnen alle sehr gerne in einer WG und genießen das WG Leben. Unter der Woche sind wir recht beschäftigt, trotzdem freuen wir uns immer auf ein gemeinsames Feierabendbier (oder Limo), gemeinsames Kochen oder Film gucken. Natürlich ist auch das Abtauchen im Zimmer kein Problem, du solltest aber generell an einem aktiven WG Leben interessiert sein. Zentraler Ort der Begegnung ist hierbei vor allem unsere große Küche. Besuch ist gerne willkommen und kann, wenn er nicht in deinem Bettchen schlafen soll, auch auf der Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer unter kommen.

We all love living in a WG and enjoy the WG life. We work in different professions and are quite busy during the week. Nevertheless, we are always looking forward to a beer (or soda), cooking or watching a movie together. Of course, just staying in your room is no problem, but you should generally be interested in an active life in a shared flat. The central place to meet is our large kitchen. Visitors are welcome and, if you don't want them to sleep in your bed, they can also sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.

Wir mögen es sauber und gönnen uns einmal die Woche eine Putzfee, welche 40 Euro bekommt und reihum von uns bezahlt wird (nicht in der Miete inbegriffen). Alle weiteren Kosten (Strom, GEZ, Netflix, Internet...) sind in der Miete enthalten. Das Zimmer ist möbliert, der Rest der Wohnung ist ebenfalls voll ausgestattet.

As we like it clean, we hire a cleaning lady who gets 40 Euro and is paid by us in turn (not included in the rent). All other costs (electricity, GEZ, Netflix, Internet...) are included in the rent. The room is furnished and the rest of the apartment is also fully equipped.
