Mittendrin mit den tollsten Mitbewohnern

Die Wohnung ist super zentral! Innerhalb von 3 Minuten zu Fuß bist du an der Straßenbahn, oder am Bahnhof Köln-Süd, wo es zahlreiche Cafes und Restaurants gibt. Oder du besuchst Parks wie den Volksgarten oder den Grüngürtel.

Innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß bist du in der Partymeile beim Zülpicher Platz mit zahlreichen Cafes, Restaurants und Bars. In der Gleichen Zeit erreichst du mit der Bahn die Rheintreppen am Fluss, die Innenstadt, den Hauptbahnhof oder die Universität. Für Tagesausflüge zum kölner Zoo, In die Flora, auf den Kölner Dom hinauf, zu den 12 romanischen Kirchen, den Brauhäusern auf die andere Rheinseite, usw. ist es auch nicht weit!



The apartment is super central! Within a 3-minute walk you can reach the streetcar or the Köln-Süd train station, where there are numerous cafés and restaurants. Or you can visit parks such as the Volksgarten or the Grüngürtel.

Within a 10-minute walk you can reach the party mile at Zülpicher Platz with its numerous cafés, restaurants and bars. In the same time, you can reach the Rhine steps on the river, the city center, the main train station or the university by train. For day trips to Cologne Zoo, the Flora, up to Cologne Cathedral, to the 12 Romanesque churches, the breweries on the other side of the Rhine, etc., it's not far either!

In der WG triffst du dann auf meine Mitbewohnerinnen Maria und Julia. Einfach tolle und entspannte Menschen! Gewiss auch mal für ein Pläuschchen oder einen Käffchen zu haben. Wir sind ein mehr oder weniger vegetarischer Haushalt und man teilt sich das Essen im Kühlschrank, da müsstest du aber auch nicht mitmachen wenn du nicht willst.

Wir haben keinen Putzplan weil es ohne richtig gut klappt, aber vor allem auch weil wir alle ein bisschen darauf achten , dass sich alle wohlfühlen können bei uns.

Julia ist gerade fertig mit ihrer Bachelorarbeit wenn du kommst und deswegen vielleicht auch viel unterwegs. Sie studiert Erziehungswissenschaften, singt gerne in Chören und hat voll den Plan über Feminismus, Erziehung und Psychologie.

Maria ist in ihrem Bachelorstudium auch so langsam in den Endzügen und hat dann den B.Sc. Sonderschullehramt in der Tasche. Sie macht richtig gern Sport (Schwimmen ,Volleyball, Joggen und nimmt dich bestimmt auch gern mal mit) und schreibt an ihren Gedichten oder übt sich in so Allerlei anderem (Französisch, Gitarre etc.)

Und ansonsten wären da noch deine zukünftigen Pflanzen-Mitbewohnis! Ohne scheiß das wär mir wirklich wichtig, dass die nicht sterben :D!! Bau gern mal in deiner Nachricht ein was deine Lieblingspflanze ist und was du sonst so gerne machst etc.


In the shared flat you'll meet my flatmates Maria and Julia. Simply great and relaxed people! Certainly always up for a chat or a coffee. We are a more or less vegetarian household and we share the food in the fridge, but you don't have to join in if you don't want to.

We don't have a cleaning schedule because it works really well without one, but above all because we all make sure that everyone feels comfortable here.

Julia has just finished her bachelor's thesis when you arrive and may therefore be traveling a lot. She's studying educational science, enjoys singing in choirs and has a full grasp of feminism, education and psychology.

Maria is also slowly finishing her Bachelor's degree and will then have a B.Sc. in Special Education in her pocket. She really enjoys doing sports (swimming, volleyball, jogging and will certainly be happy to take you with her) and writing her poems or practicing all sorts of other things (French, guitar, etc.).

And then there are your future plant roommates! No shit, it's really important to me that they don't die :D!! Feel free to include in your message what your favorite plant is and what else you like to do.
