Are you guys looking for a flat share in Cologne? I have a room for rent right now, please check it out down below. The room is available for a initial period of 2 to 3 months, maybe this can be helpful until you find the right place for you. If we come along well, we can discuss the possibility of extending the contract for a longer stay.
International students are welcome! If you speak English, Spanish or Portuguese you can write me in your mother tongue. Locals, please feel free to write me in German.
- Bright, 13 sqm room for rent in Cologne (district Porz, close to 'Porz Markt' tram station, Line 7). The tram takes you directly to the hotspots Heumarkt, Neumarkt, Rudolfplatz, University Campus, etc.
The Rhine river promenade is right on the corner and you will enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets in the whole world. The Island ‚Die Groov‘, also called ‚Zündorfer Groov‘ and its lovely 'beaches' is a little paradise on earth just a few walking minutes away. I love the green vegetation, the water, the fresh air and this amazing endless sky. You will live as if you were at a holiday resort (see attached pictures, they speak for themselves). It's just the perfect place for people who like jogging, cycling, and other outdoor sports.
Within a walking distance you will find a post office, as well as several supermarkets, Cafes, and a small shopping mall right across the tram Station Porz Markt.
It is a brand new building and you will be the first person to rent this room. I will provide you with furniture as follows: single bed/sofa bed with a proper mattress, bedside table, clothes rack, coffee table, chair, standing lamp.

The whole flat is about 63 sqm and also very bright. The big kitchen will be equipped with fridge, washing maschine, cooking plates, mini-oven/microwave, new coffee maker, steam cooker, mixer, sandwich toaster, and everything you need to prepare your meals (cooking pans, dishes, cutlery and cups and glasses).
- Monthly rent: 550,00 euros + 250,00 euros regarding additional costs such as water, hot water, heating, electricity, and the provision of the flat rate Internet connection and cable TV (provider NetCologne).
- Deposit: the amount will be defined according to the length of the stay.
Some information about myself:
I was born in South America, hold German citizenship and have been living in Cologne for many years. I have studied Business Administration with a focus in International Trade. After that, I concluded my MBA studies in London and Cologne. Right now i am recovering from a knee injury (before that, I was employed as an Export/International Business Development Manager).
