23 uni student sucht WG

Hello! I'm Marco, I'm an italian uni student from Rome, I'm coming to Köln for my erasmus.
I am looking for a nice and comfortable room in a WG, preferably in the city center (altstadt/neustadt) or else near the Universität zu Köln, max rent of 550€ starting from 01/10 or earlier.
I am currently in my last year of master in clinical psychology, I have been living on my own for 4 years now, so I am used to sharing and living in a house with other people.
One of the most important things to me is to have a nice relationship with the other roommates, I like to have maybe dinner or a glass of wine together at home or in a night out and to respect everyone's needs and the house as well.
Also, I don't smoke and speak german at an intermediate level.
I am currently in Köln so I'm able to come visit you and the room in person,
