The approx. 16m² square shaped room goes out onto the very quiet side of the garden. Its on the second floor of an old family house building. In the morning you are up just as the sun arises too. Shining through through the large window and double doors. So if you get the sleeping position righ, you'll be sun kissed while waking up. The room is handed over, partly furnished and renovated. Theres a sofa bed couch already in there. Will be taken upon agreed contracts.
One of the greatest features of the apartment is the incredibly beautiful and large balcony, which looks directly into the gardens. Especially from the afternoon onwards you can sit there and enjoy the sun and even in winter there are countless squirrels to watch.
Important to know: The move-in date is flexible. So, it is important that you can move in flexibly, or at least be willing to pay a shared rent or similar.

The apartment is located in the wonderful district of Cologne-Mülheim. In a quiet side street departing from Frankfurter Str. the apartment is on the one hand super connected and yet somewhat out of the hustle and bustle. Directly on the corner you'll find DM and Karadag. The Frankfurter Str. a little up or down and you'll find all the stores of daily needs. The Wiener Platz with several bus and train lines (4, 13 & 18 / 151, 152, 153, 159) is not even 5 minutes away.
Hi there, I am Shima (35), I’m currently working a full time job here in Köln, in a shift rotational system. A lot of my life's orientation revolves around the fashion, travelling being a creative, Music and Nature lover. I love to spend time going for musicals concerts, museums; marvelling at all of life’s beauty. Other times I am hanging out with friends or restaurants hopping (I speak the the language of every delicious delicacy & has a love relationship with well-made food).
I fall on the ambivert spectrum, that is, I am sometimes talkative, sociable and other times not. However, I am a good conversationalist and do enjoy nice conversations around varying subjects. I would be caught most times engaging political topics or offbeat ones like conspiracies and mysticism. I am a curious cat.
All that said, I would love a cordial and respectful living situation. Cleanliness is my NON-NEGOTIABLE. Though I am not nit-picky, I really appreciate people who clean up after themselves.
I am looking for a woman (BiPOC preferably) who fits and can join the flat. No pets please. It would be nice to have a living situation where we can have evenings of chitchatting with food or bottle of wine sometimes. However, nothing is obligatory. Quiet types are also welcome.
