Nadir: (30) Mache meine Ausbildung in IT und gehe in meiner Freizeit nebenher ins Fitness & Fußball spielen. am Wochenende treffe ich meine Freunde. Ich bin übrigens 5 sprachig, insofern kann ich gerne beim Erlernen neuer Sprachen bzw. auch IT Skills helfen ;)

Max (35): Mache zurzeit meinen Bachelor (Englisch/Kommunikationsw.) und geh nebenher jobben. In meiner Freizeit mache ich halt das übliche… Freunde, Kultur, Sauna *Liebe*, Sport u.v.m.

Nadir (30): I'm an IT-apprentice who utilizes his spare-time for Fitness & Football (Soccer). Weekends is friends time. I speak 5 languages and can always give a hand if you're if you should decide to learn on of these... also when it comes to IT skills.

Max (35): I'm about obtain my Bachelors degree (Enfglisch/Communication) and do part-time on the side. My spare-time activities are... friends, culture, sauna, sport, and so on. Normal stuff

Ich (Max), habe einen Migrationshintergrund und reichlich WG-Erfahrung. Vor dem Hintergrund dieser Tatsache wünsche ich mir eine(n) MitbewohnerIn, die/der ein gesundes Maß an Sensibilität und Reflexion mitbringt, um gewisse Problematiken von vorneherein auch weitestgehend zu vermeiden bzw. bei Vorkommnissen solcher Art, eine kommunikativ offene und zielführende Haltung an den Tag zu legen, um den entsprechenden Umgang zu finden. Ich erwarte nicht viel, aber halt eine gewisse… Reife und Rücksicht. Bin ja auch nicht perfekt.

Wir versuchen die gemeinschaftlichen Räume wirklich sauber zu halten und Putzen diese meist immer zum Wochenende. Ich ziehe hier immer gerne den Begriff der Care-Arbeit heran, um eine gleichmäßige und gerechte Arbeitsteilung unter den MitbewohnerInnen zu gewährleisten; damit keiner das Gefühl haben muss unfreiwillig mehr als die andren zu machen, um das bare Minimum zu gewährleisten.

Wenn wir dein Interesse wecken und du Lust hast herauszufinden, ob es mit uns passen könnte, darfst du dich gerne melden und wir machen eine kleine Besichtigung und Kennenlernrunde für den Austausch von Eindrücken zu vereinbaren.

I (Max), have an immigration background and plenty experience when it comes to flat sharing. With that said, I am hoping for a person with a healthy amount of sensibility and reflective abilities, in order to avoid certain problems in the first place, respectively, to be able to come up with a communicative and productive attitude which allows us to work out an agreeable dealing with the issue. I’m not asking for much, just a certain degree of… maturity and consideration. And I'm also not perfect.

We really try to keep our shared space tidy and usually clean these throughout the weekend. In this regard I always like to refer to the conept of Care-Work in order to guarentee an even distribution of domestic chores; since nobody should be living with a feeling of unwillingly doing more than the other.
