Die Area: Spätis, Döners, Pizzarias, vietnamesisch und andere Mampfmöglichkeiten auf der Straße oder unweit. Kaufland, Penny, Rewe, Bäckereien, Floristik, Fahrradladen in Laufnähe. Nächster Biomarkt kleine Radstrecke entfernt.
"Kultur" und so: Es gibt 'nen kleinen kollektiven workspace/Ausstellungsort nebenan. Index-Bibliothek. Mittelmäßige Bars, Spielo und die Eisi ist nicht zu weit weg.

In the shared apartment, there are still Tofi, Ronja, and the teenage dog Mono (so please do not apply if you are afraid of dogs and/or have a strong allergy to pet hair). We study, work, and commute partially, and we are sometimes more or less busy. Sometimes we just meet for a smoke and coffee in the kitchen, but sometimes we also spend the evening together. Visits from friends and partners are always fine, while visits from demanding parents are by arrangement. There is no cleaning schedule, but we practice fridge communism. We are not an active party flat, but we do not exclude party time per se. Communication before rules - the basic consensus on the left is clear anyway, so no discriminatory -isms of any kind, and no police, no "bundis," no entrepreneur-bitcoin-dudes, and no conspiracy theorists. In der Wg verbleiben noch Tofi, Ronja und Teenie-Hündin Mono (also bitte nicht bewerben, wenn du Angst vor Doggos hast und/oder eine starke Tierhaarallergie). Wir studieren, arbeiten, pendeln teilweise, sind mal mehr mal weniger unterwegs. Wir treffen uns manchmal nur auf eine Kippe und Kaffee in der Küche, manchmal verbringt mensch aber auch den Abend miteinander. Besuch von Friends und Beziehungspartner:innen immer unproblematisch, Besuch von anstrengenden Elternteilen nach Absprache. Es gibt keinen Putzplan, dafür aber Kühlschrankkommunismus. Wir sind keine aktive Party-Wg, schließen aber Partytime per se nicht aus.
