Hübsches WG Zimmer in großer 5er WG mit Wohnküche und Balkon

Wir wohnen in Eutritzsch und hier ist nichts los. Trotzdem liegt es zentral und gut angebunden. Du kommst überall schnell hin (Bahnhof mit dem Rad in 10min, Eisi in 15 usw.), die Bushaltestelle ist vor der Tür und die Bahn in 5 min Fußweg. Die Läden des täglichen Bedarfs sind alle fußläufig erreichbar.

We live in Eutritzsch and there is really not much going on here. Still it is quite central and well connected. You get everywhere pretty quickly (bike: main station 10min, Eisi 15 asf). There is a bus stop in front of the door and a tram station in 5min walking distance. Stores for daily needs can be reached on foot.

Wir sind Camila (33) und Anna (30) und leben in der WG seit einigen Jahren zusammen. Wir leben beide ein beschäftigtes Leben und genießen ein liebevoll-freundliches Coexistieren. Wir finden oft keine Zeit, zusammen zu kochen oder etwas zu unternehmen, und wünschen uns eine unabhängige Person, die sich diesen Lebensstil auch wünscht. Trotzdem ist es uns wichtig, dass wir uns alle miteinander wohl fühlen. Neu hinzugezogen ist Akshay aus Indien, etwas Englisch zu sprechen ist also hilfreich da er noch Deutsch lernt :)

Auch wenn wir es nicht immer schaffen, ist Besuch in der WG immer willkommen. Unsere große Wohnküche mit fettem Sofa und der Balkon laden zum abhängen ein.

In der WG gibt es einen Putzplan, an dem alle Bewohnis teilnehmen müssen. Wir sind nicht über die Maßen sauber, aber uns ist für ein reibungsloses und harmonisches Zusammenleben wichtig, dass alle den Putzplan mit befolgen. Das bedeutet ein sehr entspanntes 1-mal die Woche reinigen von einem der Gemeinschaftsräume.

In der WG lebt außerdem noch Marija, Marija wird die WG demnächst verlassen.

We are Camila (33) and Anna (30) and we have been living together in this WG for some years. We enjoy a lovingly-friendly coexistence: We often dont find much time to hang out, cook or do some acitivties together. We wish for an independent person who doesnt mind this kind of lifestyle and is interested in this also. We still want to feel comfortable with each other, have open lines of communication and just genereally be friendly with each other ;) The new member of the WG is Akshay, who moved here from India just recently. So English is useful in our WG.

Even though we dont manage to hang out often, visitors are always welcome here. Our living room has a large couch and the balcony also suits well for a good hangout.

There is a cleaning plan in the WG. Even though we are not super clean, it is important to us that our new roomie will partake in the plan (cleaning one common room per week) so everything works smoothly.

Marija is also still living in the apartment, but will move out.

Aufgrund der Erhöhung der Strompreise ist unsere Miete zuletzt um 30 Euro pP gestiegen. Wir haben bisher aber immer Geld zurück bekommen und hoffen, dass der Preis sich im nächsten Jahr wieder etwas senken wird.

Camila hat eine Katzenhaarallergie, daher können wir keine Katzen aufnehmen.

Das Zimmer wird befristet vermietet, die Dauer ist allerdings flexibel (+/- 2 Monate).
