Möbliertes zimmer in 2er WG in Studentenwohnheim

Das Studentenwohnheim liegt an der Tram Station Moritz-Hof. Somit sind viele verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gegeben. Von Penny, über Konsum, Ihr Platz, diversen Bäckereien, Metzgereien, einem Dönerladen bis hin zu einer Buchhandlung ist alles vorhanden.
Die Tramstation ist vom Wohnheim aus in weniger als fünf Minuten zu Fuß
zu erreichen. Dort fährt die Linie 10, 16 und 79. Man ist also in nichtmal zehn Minuten auf der KarLi oder in einer guten viertel Stunde am Hauptbahnhof.
Hinter dem Haus erstreckt sich ein kleiner Park mit einem See.

The dorm is at tram station "moritz-hof" so there are plenty of shopping opportunities like several supermarkets, drug stores, bakeries, butcheries, Döner and a book store. The tram station is like 5 minutes away from the flat so you can reach several hotspots of the town. You reach the "karli" in under ten minutes and the hauptbahnhof in about 15 minutes. In front of the house is a little park with a small lake.

Das zweite Zimmer der WG ist von einer 24 jährigen Frau bewohnt. Das Zusammenleben ist sehr angenehm und harmonisch mit ihr.
Im Keller des Wohnheims befindet sich der Studentenclub C4. Dieser hat Sonntags, Montags und Mittwochs geöffnet und bietet immer wieder verschiedene Veranstaltungen an. Wie etwa Karaoke, International Dinner, Jam-Sessions und viele viele Ersti-Veranstaltungen.

In the second room of the flat lives a 24 years old girl. She's very pleasant and it's nice to live with her.
In the basement of the dorm is a club (no worries, you won't hear it at night). It's opend at sundays, mondays and wednesdays and there's plenty of different stuff you can do down there. Like Karaoke, international dinner, jam-sessions, and much more stuff!

Da sich das Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim befindet, musst du Studentin an einer Uni sein, um einzuziehen.
Der Mietvertrag ist befristet bis zum 31.08.2017, du kannst ihn nach Belieben aber auch entsprechend verlängern.
