Ah, your room is a pearl in the crown! The biggest in the apartment, it has 30meters, two windows and pleeenty of space for you. There is a nice, cozy sofa, a carpet and a commode. You dont have furniture? Dont worry, we have a bed in the cellar too, you can also have a Regal and a hanger for clothes. We can help you find a Matrasse and other kind of things on Kleinanzeigen. The apartment has 3 rooms, a bathroom and a kitchen plus balcony, a small cellar and a big cellar in the basement and last but not least, a very nice backyard with a lot of space for bikes.
Your cost is 350 eu ALL included, 200 caution.
This offer is for 2 months with the possibility to prolong. So if you are looking for a place to catch a breath or a nice place, from where you can check your options in Leipzig, this might be perfect for you.
The apartment is in Neuschonefeld part, Eisenbahnstrasse is JUST around the corner! There are plenty of doner/restaurants/cafes around too. Suprisingly for me, our street is very calm and quiet despite being next to the Eisenbahnstr. Therefore you can expect to get to the Haubptbahnhof in 15 min as the Haltestelle is 5min on foot too. Two parks lay within 5min from the apartment (Rabet und Elsa Park) and beautiful Mariannenpark around 15 min on foot. There is ALDI, Netto and Im Angebot also few minutes away.
Please note there is no place for any -phobia or -ism in this apartment.
We are two middleaged wo...no I'm joking. We are in our thirties. Domi just moved to Leipzig a month ago and Luise is basically a local. We like cleanness and privacy. Kitchen is a place to hang out together (and hopefully balcony in the Summer!) but in your private room noone will disturb your peace.
Luise works partially from home, partially outside. Domi mostly from home. So partying during the day isnt possible:)
We are looking for an openminded, friendly and neat person! If you're close to your thirties or olrder and have an income, then you might be our person. We need you to speak English, because Domis German is a work in progress...so this is a nonnegotiable requirement in order to get along well. If you smoke, please do it only in the balcony. We were hoping for someone who likes to cook as we like a bit of inspiration and sometimes share meals together.
You also cannot be afraid of dogs or have a dislike for them as Domis girlfriends doggie will be sometimes staying with us. She is the pretty gal in the picture:) Her name is Kawa. If you write to us please write Kawas name at the beginning so we know you have read the whole text (sorry!)
