The location couldn't be more perfect. The apartment is on Mariannenstr. - Eisenbahnstrasse. Just one street away is the "Einertstr" hotspot, which takes you to the main train station in 10 minutes. From here you can get to every supermarket very quickly, every Späti, and in the evenings you can always go to the bar for a social gathering.

Zu mir. Edward,: Ich bin 27 geworden letztens, habe Schauspiel studiert in Berlin und bin wieder nach Leipzig zurück gezogen, weil ich hier eine Band habe, und ich die Ziele meiner Band, die Veröffentlichung unserer Platte priorisiere. Also ich bewege mich beruflich in den Künsten. Ich bin ein sehr offener Mensch, und wünsche mir Mitbewohner, die ebenfalls offen sind, anstehende Konflikte gemeinsam immer anspricht, so das sich jeder wohl fühlt in der WG.

Ich denke ist selbsterklärend, das alles Menschenverachtende hier nicht erwünscht ist. Am liebsten würde ich mir wünschen, wenn hier ebenfalls Künstler Persönlichkeiten einziehen würden, aber natürlich kein muss. Mir ist die Sympathie und Charakter Reife am wichtigsten.

Ich bin auch ein geselliger Mitbewohner, sprich mal zum Flohmarkt gehen, auf ein Kaffe, gemeinsam Kochen oder andere Aktivitäten bin ich immer zu haben. Aber mir ist mein Rückzugsort ebenfalls sehr wichtig. Hier mal eine Party schmeissen, geht natürlich immer mal klar. Aber ich wünsche mir Mitbewohner, die nicht jede Woche hier heftig laut Musik hören und Partys schmeissen. Also eine gute Balance zwischen ruhe und Spaß wäre schön.

Alles weitere können wir gerne dann über Video Call und persönliches bereden. Ich freue mich jedenfalls auf Zwei neue Mitbewohner. :)

About me. Edward: I recently turned 27, studied acting in Berlin and moved back to Leipzig because I have a band here and I prioritize my band's goals, the release of our record. So I work in the arts. I am a very open person and would like to have roommates who are also open and who always address upcoming conflicts together so that everyone feels comfortable in the shared apartment.

I think it goes without saying that anything contemptuous of humanity is not welcome here. I would like it if artists moved in here too, but of course that is not a must. For me, sympathy and maturity of character are most important.

I am also a sociable roommate, so I am always up for going to the flea market, having a coffee, cooking together or other activities. But my place of retreat is also very important to me. Throwing a party here is always fine, of course. But I would like roommates who don't listen to loud music and throw parties here every week. So a good balance between peace and fun would be nice.

We can discuss everything else via video call and in person. In any case, I'm looking forward to two new roommates. :)

Die Lage könnte nicht perfekter sein. Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der Mariannenstr. - Eisenbahnstraße. Direkt eine Straße weiter ist die Heitestelle “Einertstr”, da ist man in 10 Minuten in direkt schon am Hbf. Von hier aus kann man jeden Supermarkt super schnell erreichen, jeden Späti und Abends kann immer schnell hier gesellig in die Bar gehen.
