Zwei Zimmer in unserer Wohnung sind frei von Juli auf.
Unsere Wohnung ist sehr groß (165m2) und hat 5 Menschen darin leben, so haben wir viel Platz zu genießen.

Wir haben ein großes Wohnzimmer (22m2), mit Fenstern auf zwei Seiten an der Ecke der Hermann-Liebmann-Str. Es bekommt viel Sonnenlicht für den ganzen Tag und kann sogar ein bisschen zu warm in den Sommermonaten. Es hat eine große Couch und einen langen Tisch, damit wir alle Freunde haben können. Sie können sich frei fühlen, das Wohnzimmer als Hang-out-Raum oder für einige Home-Office bei Bedarf, etc. zu verwenden.
Wir haben auch 2 Zimmer, mit einer, die auch als Stauraum verwendet wird. Sie werden eingeladen, Freunde oder Familie über:)
Wir haben ein großes Bad und 2 Toiletten, die getrennt sind.
Die Küche ist komplett mit 2 Kühlschränken, einem Backofen, einer Geschirrspülmaschine, einem Reiskocher und einer Vielzahl anderer Sachen ausgestattet.

Zimmer 1 hat 12 m2. (Option: mit dem "Gastraum" statt, siehe unten)
Es ist eines der kleineren Räume innerhalb der Wohnung. Da aber auch das Wohnzimmer und die beiden zusätzlichen Räume zur Verfügung stehen, gibt es in der Wohnung mehr Platz zum Einsatz.
Das Zimmer ist gemütlich und das ruhigste Zimmer, wie es zum Hinterhof führt. Im Winter ist ein weiterer Vorteil die gute Isolation, die es ziemlich warm hält. Es geht nach Norden und hat kein direktes Sonnenlicht.
Die Möbel, die im Raum bleiben könnten, wenn gewünscht ist:
der weiße Kommode, der Spiegel und der graue Stuhl. Der Hund auf einem der Bilder ist nicht unsere, er besuchte, wenn die Bilder:) Keine Notwendigkeit, etwas für die Möbel zu bezahlen, wenn Sie es behalten wollen.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 300 €, alle Kosten inklusive (Heizung, Internet, Strom und TV). Als Vorsichtsmaßnahme nehmen wir anfangs noch 300 €, die einmal bezahlt werden würden.

Zimmer 2 hat 10 m2 (Bilder folgen bald).
Das Fenster führt zur Mariannenstraße, vor dem Fenster befindet sich ein Baum. Das Zimmer bekommt Sonnenlicht von Anfang an. Sie hören die Straßenbahn, die von Hermann-Liebmann-Str. vorbeigeht, also sollte das nicht zu empfindlich sein.
Die Möbel, die im Zimmer bleiben könnten, sind:
das Bett (selbstgebaut, so perfekt geeignet für den Raum), der graue Schrank und das Regal auf der linken Seite des Raumes, insgesamt 70 €.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 240 €, alle Kosten inklusive (Heizung, Internet, Strom und TV). Als Vorsichtsmaßnahme nehmen wir anfangs noch 300 €, die einmal bezahlt werden würden.

! Wenn Sie lieber den Raum haben möchten, der im Moment unser Gästezimmer ist, anstatt Platz 1 zu haben, könnte dies auch eine Option sein. Das Gästezimmer hat 9,5 m2 und die gleichen Eigenschaften wie Zimmer 2. Wir können während Ihres WG-Besuchs darüber reden.

Two rooms in our flat will be free from july on.
Our flat is very big (165m²) and has 5 people living in it, so we have a lot of space to enjoy.

We have a big living room (22m²), with windows on two sides at the corner of the Hermann-Liebmann-Str. It gets a lot of sunlight for the whole day, and can even get a bit too warm during the summer months. It has a big couch and a long table so we can all have friends over. You can feel free to use the living room as hang-out-space or for some home-office when needed, etc.
We also have 2 guest rooms, with one that is also used as a storage space. You will be welcome to invite friends or family over :)
We have a big bathroom and 2 toilets that are separated.
The kitchen is fully furbished with 2 fridges, an oven, a dishwasher, a rice cooker and a myriad of other stuff.

Room 1 has 12 m². (option: having the "guest room" instead, see below)
It is one of the smaller rooms within the flat. Nevertheless, as the living room and the two additional rooms are also available, there is more space within the flat for being used.
The room is cosy and the calmest room, as it heads to the backyard. In winter another advantage is the good isolation, which keeps it pretty warm. It heads north and doesn´t have direct sunlight.
The furniture that could remain in the room if wanted is:
the white commode, the mirror and the grey chair. The dog on one of the pictures is not ours, he was visiting when taking the pictures:) No need to pay anything for the furniture if you want to keep it.
The monthly rent is 300 €, all costs included (heating, internet, electricity and tv). As a caution we take an additional 300 € which would be payed once, at the beginning.

Room 2 has 10 m² (pictures following soon).
The window heads to Mariannenstraße, there is a tree in front of the window. The room gets sunlight from early noon. You hear the tram that is passing by Hermann-Liebmann-Str., so shouldn´t be too sensitive to that.
The furniture that could remain in the room is:
the bed (self-built, so perfect fit for the room), the grey closet and the shelf on the left side of the room, for a total of 70 €.
The monthly rent is 240 €, all costs included (heating, internet, electricity and tv). As a caution we take an additional 300 € which would be payed once, at the beginning.
