We have an request to you :)
We (me and my husband) living in a really nice appartment in Leipzig east in the eastern part of Germany...it is nice wooden floor, and good energy in here...we have a green (lot of plants) balcony and a nice backyard...I love this place (pictures you can ask PN). We put a lot of pixienergy in here and cleaned the place in different ways...we life sustainable as possible which includes to eat organic, us organic washing and care products, doing sports, painting, traveling...we would love to share our place with a nice soul...
I can not pay the whole rent anymore...so i am searching for someone who wants to life here with us and could be with me in the contract for the apparment... soon (01.12.)
Its 67square meters, 3 roome (2x18sm, 1x12sm, bad, kitchen, balcony). Rent for half of the appartment will be around 450 (rent, electricity, Internet...)
15 minutes walking to maintrainstation, close to arabic quater, lots of shops and bars, culturplaces, heterogen sociaty...
I formulate some guidelines for our oase :)
- If you bring food even for yourself, we just eat organic - we can share in arrangment🍇🌽
- when you move around in the appartment always have an eye👓 on things to carry from kitchen to living room or the other way around..so that we have less chaos
- we are happy if you care for the appartment, this includes cleaning as well as holding the space cosy and calm or bulding something useful for everyone
- pls bring respect for yourself and others with you and the willingness to learn and to crow in social contact
- we have a lot of plants...you need to be able to water them and also give them a nice home with awareness and love
- 🚽if you use the toilet pls sit on it, close the lid and wash your hands to keep everbody healthy...🦠
- pls talk to us if you using strong 🪼psychedelics, upper or downer or any other strong medicin...if you are addicted to sugar, mononatriumclutamat, alcohol, chemical drugs, peoples energy, gaming, money, sex, fastfood... here is not a place for consuming...💊🥃🍹🍫🍭🍔

Die Wohnung liegt mitten in Neustadt-Neuschönefeld. In 1 Minuten Entfernung sitze du bei Titos Pizza essen, diverse Spätis und das Weitere kulinarische Angebot der Eisi sind ebenfalls in 1-5 Gehminuten schnell erreichbar.
Die Bahnen 1,3 und 8 fahren regelmäßig von Herrmann-Liebmann/Eisenbahnstraße, wo du auch bequem in die 70 steigen kannst.
Neustädt- Neuschönefeld ist ein sehr belebtes und durchmischtes Viertel.
Arabische Kulturen prägen das äußere Bild der Eisenbahnstraße, neue, junge Künstler:innen, FLINTA Bewegungen, Antirassistische und antidiskriminierende Bewegungen und Projekte, sowie alt eingesessene Leipziger mischen sich ins Stadtbild.
Für Leipzig der Stadtteil mit dem größten Großstadtflair. Hier gibts zugetackte Wände und Häuser. Und kleine noch relativ unkonventionelle Orte für nette Gespräche oder deine tägliche Küfa.
Schnell bist du zum joggen, spazieren gehen oder spielen im Mariannenpark und für die große Runde auch den anschließenden Abtnaundorfer Park. An der Parthe Und einigen Kleingärten entlang kommt ihr zum Theklaer See

10 minutes by train to HBF, many nice Arabic stores on the Eisi within a few minutes, as well as delicious snack stores and restaurants.
Cultural events are plentiful, as far as art and politics:) as well as Parkanlanlagen in a short distance (Mariannenpark...)
The Thekla Lake can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by bike.
