Sweete WG nähe Rabet sucht Verstärkung für zwei Monate

hallo liebe suchenden,
in unserer sweeten 3er-wg ist für zwei monate (oktober und november) ein zimmer frei!

dein zimmer ist circa 20qm groß und wird voll möbliert übergeben.

unsere wohnung liegt im osten leipzigs, nahe der eisenbahnstraße, dennoch ruhig gelegen in einer seitenstraße. zum zentrum sind es mit dem fahrrad unter 10 minuten, tramstationen sind in der nähe ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen. in der umgebung gibt es auch mehrere parks und seen, die zum verweilen und entspannen einladen.

du wirst mit nicolas (30) und levinja (24) zusammenwohnen.
nicolas studiert deutsch als fremdsprache und levinja arbeitet bei urban outfitters und bei einem outdoor-magazin.

wir wünschen uns weiterhin ein freundschaftliches, harmonisches miteinander, in dem man aufeinander acht gibt und zuhört. wir hängen gerne mal in den zimmern der anderen ab und versuchen immer alles offen zu kommunizieren, sodass jede:r sich hier wohlfühlen kann.
wir pflegen ein familiär-freundschaftliches verhältnis miteinander, in dem auch gerne die tür zum badezimmer offen gelassen wird.

wir sind beide in unserem alltag mehr oder weniger eingespannt, haben aber gerne zeit mit- und füreinander.
sauberkeit ist uns wichtig, es wäre daher auch obligatorisch, dass du dich hier in den putzplan miteinbringst. uns ist auch wichtig, dass du keine partys in deinem zimmer feierst oder irgendwie komplett steil gehst. wir sind hier ziemlich gemütlich. laut musik gehört werden darf natürlich trotzdem!

wir ernähren uns vegetarisch/vegan, kochen gerne mit- und füreinander und teilen unsere lebensmittel. auch das wollen wir in allen aspekten beibehalten - die zubereitung von fleisch in unserem haus finden wir eher unappetitlich.

der preis ist für einen monat und beinhaltet miete, strom, heizung, wasser und internet.

in our sweet 3-person-share there is a room available for 2 months (october+november)

your room is about 20sqm and will be handed over fully furnished.

our apartment is located in the east of leipzig, close to the eisenbahnstraße, yet quietly situated in a side street. to the center it is less than 10 minutes by bike, streetcar stations are also within walking distance. in the surrounding area there are also several parks and lakes that invite you to linger and relax.

you will live with nicolas (30) and levinja (24).
nicolas is in his master studies and levinja works at urban outfitters and an outdoor-magazine.

we want to continue to live together in a friendly, harmonious way, where we look out for and listen to each other. we like to hang out in each other's rooms and always try to communicate everything openly, so that everyone can feel comfortable here.
we maintain a family friendly relationship with each other, where we also like to leave the door to the bathroom open.

we are both more or less busy in our daily lives, but we always enjoy spending time with and for each other.
cleanliness is very important to us, so it would be obligatory for you to contribute to the cleaning schedule here. it is also important to us that you don't party in your room or somehow go completely crazy. we are pretty cozy here. listening to loud music is still allowed, of course!

we eat vegetarian/vegan, like to cook with and for each other and share our food. we also want to keep this in all aspects - we find the preparation of meat in our house rather unappetizing.

the price is for one month and includes rent, electricity, heating, water and internet.
