English version:
The room is quite small, but through the loft bed you still have enough space and can roll out the sports mat. You would share the room with a few of my plants, but they are all quite low-maintenance;)
In terms of furniture, everything you need is there and I will clear you enough space in the cabinets.
A big plus is also the balcony, which goes out to the courtyard and where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning in the sun. Due to the courtyard location, it is also very quiet in the room. Until now, we have always handled it that everyone can knock on the door to use the balcony for a cigarette break. Whether you want to do that is up to you, of course, it's your kingdom after all. (Otherwise, smoking is not allowed in the living areas).
The rest of the apartment is really huge. We have a large kitchen + "conservatory", 2 bathrooms and a large hallway.
The location of the apartment is very central and you are actually everywhere quite quickly.
The train and bus go right outside the front door, or you can grab my bike, which will take you to the city center in 7 minutes. The university hospital is right across the street and there are two parks around the corner.
If the bars are open again in March, Eisenbahnstraße is not far away and Karli is within easy reach.
If you suddenly get thirsty for beer, there are also 2 Spätis a few streets away. You can also easily reach supermarkets on foot.
Your new room mates:
Nicole has been living here for 8 years already. She is currently in her traineeship/Referendariat and will start her second state exam in March. That means she will probably have a lot to do and smoke one or the other stress cigarette.
Nicole's boyfriend Philipp also lives with us in the shared flat. He is currently working in the home office and surprises us again and again with his great cooking skills and his inability to hammer a nail straight into the wall ;)
So you don't have to remember so many names there is a second Philipp in the house. He studies teaching and you can spend hours with him talking in the kitchen or on the balcony, having one, two or three beers.
Last but not least, there is the newest member of our WG: Judy. Judy is always in a good mood and also studies besides her numerous other hobbies and interests and is always up for a cooking session together.
All in all, we are a rather quiet flat-sharing community where everyone has their own space. However, that doesn't mean that we live past each other here. Cooking and game nights are always on the agenda, or we chat half the night away with beer and wine in the kitchen.
I will start my internship in Kassel sometime in late February/early March. When exactly I do not know just yet but as for the move-in date I am also flexible and we can just look how it fits. The same applies to the move-out date.
The price of 260 euros also includes all other costs (Internet, WG cash etc.). Perhaps we could still talk about a small deposit.
Due to the current Corona situation it is perhaps best we would just skype or so. Just contact me via Whatsapp/Telegram and we make an appointment. :)
