Zwischenmiete: Gemütliches Zimmer in frisch saniertem Altbau mit großem Wohnzimmer

Die Wohnung liegt mitten im angesagten Reudnitz und hat Ausblick auf einen Park. Szene-Kneipen, Eisi, jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und noch mehr Parks (u.a. Lene-Vogt) sind wenige Minuten mit dem Rad entfernt. Eine Minute entfernt fährt die 60 in den Süden und Westen, ein paar Minuten weiter fährt die Tram 4 und die 70. Zur Uni sind es ca 10 Minuten mit dem Rad. Und wenn man abends heim kommt und sich spontan sehr durstig fühlt, hilft der Späti direkt im Haus.


The apartment is located in the middle of the trendy Reudnitz and overlooks a park. Scene pubs, Eisenbahnstraße, lots of shopping and even more parks (including Lene-Voigt) are a few minutes away by bike. One minute away is the bus #60 to the south and west, a few minutes further is the tram 4 and the 70. To the university it is about 10 minutes by bike. And if you come home in the evening and spontaneously feel very thirsty, the Späti directly in the house helps.

Moin, wir hier sind Isabelle, Lisa und Cian und wir suchen einen Menschen, der für zwei Monate gemeinsam mit Cian, der für die selbe Zeit zur Zwischenmiete hier ist, unsere WG vervollständigt!

Obwohl du nur zwischenzeitlich bei uns bist, wünschen wir uns dennoch ein Zusammenleben, dass offene Kommunikation, Ehrlichkeit, Reflektiertheit und gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen einschließt. Wir freuen uns mal gemeinsam zu kochen, zu essen, auf Sonnenuntergangs-Kaltgetränke auf dem Balkon, Sport zu machen (Tischtennis, bouldern, laufen, Volleyball,...), mal was zu spielen oder zusammen wegzugehen. Das klappt meistens spontan und unverbindlich, aber jede*r zieht sich auch mal zurück, oder hat was zu tun. Also 24/7 hängen wir nicht aufeinander rum. Generell haben wir Lust auf Leben in der Bude, natürlich mit ausreichend Rücksicht aufeinander, eine Party-WG sind wir nicht, gerade da Isabelle morgens früh lohnarbeiten geht.

Wir teilen ein Großteil der Lebensmittel ohne gemeinsame Kasse, das bedeutet aber, dass Eigeninitiative und Mitdenken nötig ist. Wir wünschen uns eine Person, die sich wenigstens überwiegend fleischlos ernährt und, wo geht, auf gute (Bio-)Qualität der Lebensmittel achtet. Wir beziehen auch eine SoLaWi-Gemüsekiste, sind aber noch ein bisschen am herausfinden, was am besten für Alle passt.
Wir haben außerdem ein angenehm hohes Sauberkeitslevel und unser "Putzplan" basiert auf Eigeninitiative. Da wünschen wir uns, dass das weiter so funktioniert oder wir finden gemeinsam eine neue Optimallösung.



Moin, we here are Isabelle, Lisa and Cian and we are looking for a person to complete our WG for two months together with Cian, who is here for the same time for interim rent!

Although you are only with us temporarily, we still want a life together that includes open communication, honesty, reflectiveness and spending time together. We are happy to cook together, to eat together, to have a sunset drink on the balcony, to do sports (table tennis, bouldering, running, volleyball,...), to play a game or to go out together. Most of the time it works out spontaneously and without obligation, but each of us also withdraws from time to time or has something to do. So we don't hang around each other 24/7. In general, we like to live in the flat, of course with enough consideration for each other, we are not a party commune, especially since Isabelle goes to work early in the morning.

We share a lot of the food without a common cash register, but this means that own initiative and thinking along is necessary. We would like to have a person who eats at least mostly meatless and, where possible, pays attention to good (organic) quality food. We also get a SoLaWi vegetable box, but are still figuring out a bit what fits best for everyone.
We also have a pleasantly high level of cleanliness and our "cleaning schedule" is based on our own initiative. We hope that this will continue to work or that we will find a solution together.
