Maybe you just moved here and couldn’t find a flat yet. So we hope this offer might help you.
We are open to subrent this room for two weeks until our new flat mate will move in in the middle of October.
Unfortunately the room will be almost unfurnished at that time. But we will provide you a matress and a big shelf so you have the most neccesary things there. And maybe its even possible to already move some furniture of our future flat mate if you need anything more specific.
Anyways, you will get our lightest and biggest room on the southside of our flat so you will at least have sunlight for the whole day.
As the flat is right next to the city centre, it can be quiet noisy sometimes. But you‘re on the side of the backyard so it should be okay. Just in case, you shouldn’t have a light sleep anyways! :D
The location provides perfect access to any place. Its 3 min to several tram stations where you can reach tram line 2,8,9,10,11,14,16 and 1 min to the S-Bahn station Wilhelm-Leuschner-Platz.
You can find several grocery stores too and the main campus of our university and the library but also HGB (art school) takes also just less than 5 min walk.
You gonna live with Lisa and Linh (me).
We are friends and both calm but open characters.
We like it clean and tidy and we expect you to be a tidy, careful, nice and respectful person too.
Also you should be able to talk in English. :)
Other than that I guess for two weeks we wont have much more expectations of you but we always appreciate if you wanna share more of yourself.
We are open to live with you in a friendly way, but we also accept people who just need a place to stay and sleep and to withdraw themselves. 🌸
As it’s just for a short amount of time, we don’t need to make a big thing out of it. But we would anyways like to know who we’re living with so it would be nice if you could tell us a bit about yourself and what kind of living together you’re expecting from us.
Depending on if you would have any more questions or if we do, we can have a short video call before.
You would pay the rent and deposit before you move in and I would like to get a copy of your ID card to ensure myself if anything happens. You would get a copy of mine too.
You would pay half of the monthly rent which is 245€ and a 250€ deposit that you would get back after you're moving out again.
