Ausgezeichnete Verkehrsanbindung:
3 Gehminuten von der WG ist die Straßenbahnhaltestelle 'Münzgasse' entfernt, wo die Linien 10 und 11 fahren. Die Innenstadt, die Uni und GWZ sind nur einen Katzensprung von uns entfernt.
Der Bayerische Bahnhof ist ebenfalls in 4 Laufminuten zu erreichen und von dort fahren die Straßenbahnlinien 2, 9 und 16 und die Buslinie 70. Außerdem ist man in kurzer Zeit mit den S-Bahnen im Leipziger Hbf oder im Leipziger Umland.
Die Karl-Liebknecht-Straße beginnt quasi vor unserer Haustür. In unmittelbarer Nähe findest du eine Rossmann-Filiale, Konsum, Obst-und Gemüseladen, Apotheke, Buchladen, Blumengeschäft, Fleischerei uvm. Der Karli in den Süden folgend, dauert es nicht lange und die Kneipenmeile beginnt.
Es bleibt eigentlich kein Wunsch unerfüllt.

Very well connected. The closest tram stop, "Münzgasse" is about three minutes from our house. There the trams number 11 and 10 are stopping. Then the Bayerischer Bahnhof is close by, too. There the numbers 16, 9, and 2 and the bus line 70 are passing. Furthermore all S-Bahn lines are stopping there.
The Karl-Liebknecht-Strasse is just around the corner. There you can buy everything you need. And there are a lot of restaurants and bars if you follow that sreet south.
All in all, nothing left to be desired.

Es erwarten Dich drei nette, aufgeschlossene Mitbewohner*innen: Marie, Sam und Tilman.

Marie ist 25 und hat im letzten Jahr ihr erstes Staatsexamen im Grundschullehramt beendet. In ihrer Freizeit paddelt sie für ihr Leben gern und leitet in einem Kanuverein eine Kinder-Trainings-Gruppe. Außerdem hat sie eine Faszination für Bulgarien, tanzt im Hochschulsport bulgarische Volkstänze und versucht manchmal bulgarisch zu kochen und zu sprechen... Sie arbeitet für die Flaschenpost im Marketing und im Sommer über für einen Bootsverleih. Ihr ist Sauberkeit vor allem im Bad total wichtig.

Sam ist 23 und mittlerweile im 6. Semester Soziologie. Er ist gerne viel draußen, vor allem mit seinem Rad, spielt Cello und Ukulele und arbeitet ab und an in der Bahnhofsmission. Außerdem bastelt er gerne, vor allem an seinem Rad, hat eine Nähmaschine und versucht sich damit grade an T-Shirts und baut öfter mal das, was in der WG halt fehlt. Ansonsten braucht er schon ab und an mal einen Tag für sich, ist ansonsten aber sehr gesellig.

Tilman ist 20 Jahre alt und möchte ab den Wintersemester 2022 Medientechnik studieren, da er sich sehr für die Produktion von Videos interessiert. Deswegen schaut er auch leidenschaftlich gerne Filme aller Art.
Er ist auch ein sehr sportbegeisternder Mensch. Fußball, Basketball und American Football interessieren ihn da am meisten.

Das WG-Leben ist entspannt, wenn Zeit und Lust auf gemeinsame Unternehmungen vorhanden sind, wird zusammen gefrühstückt, gekocht (größtenteils vegetarisch), ne Serie oder Tatort geschaut, am Cossi gecampt oder was uns sonst halt einfällt. Wenn aber Ruhe gebraucht wird, kann man auch einfach die Tür hinter sich zumachen, kein Stress.
Wir hören alle gerne Musik, da die Wohnung generell sehr hellhörig ist, kann es sein, dass die anderen auch einmal in den Genuss kommen. Die WG existiert bereits seit vielen Jahren und ist gut ausgestattet. Wir haben einen Putzplan, welcher bisher auch sehr gut funktioniert.

Currently there are three people living here: Marie, Sam and Tilman.

Marie is 25 and will be a primary school teacher soon. She just finished her statexam and takes a break at the moment. In her freetime she loves to kayak and also works in a kayaking club as a coach. Furthermore she is fascinated by Bulgaria, likes to dance bulgarian folk dances and tries to cook or speak bulgarian from time to time. She works for Flaschenpost in marketing and during the summer she works at a boat-rental-station. It is very important to her that the flat, especially the bathroom is clean.

Sam is 23 and studies Sociology. He spends quite some time outside, loves his bike and plays the Cello and the Ukulele. He also sometimes works in the Bahnhofsmission, an organisation mainly working with the homeless. Apart from that he likes to tinker, works a lot on his bike, has a sewing machine and currently makes t shirts and builts whatever the wg needs. From time to time he does need a day alone time, but apart from that he does like company.

Tilman is 20 years old and wants to study media-technic in october 2022. He is interested in the production of videos, that´s why he loves to watch movies of any kind. He is also interested in sports like soccer, basketball or american football.

The live in our flat is quite relaxed. If desired we watch series, cook, have breakfast or whatever. But if you close the door behind you - no problem!
We all love to listen to music and since our walls are not to thick it could happen that you hear the music sometimes. We have a cleaning schedule, which works quite good at the moment.
