Hi there,
We are here to introduce you to our lovely flat in Leipzig. We are both students and we are going abroad for exchange study and internships. Therefore both rooms are free for you from 1st March 2019 to 18 March 2019. You can either rent one room or take the whole flat.
The apartment:
The flat is 70sqm big and has a fully equipped kitchen. The flat is fully furnished with all small electric equipment, dining sets and so on. Both rooms are the same size, around 20sqm and equipped with bed, wardrobe, desks etc.. Moreover, the internet is included in the rent.
Location:
The flat is located to the west of the city centre. Supermarkets and tram station can be reached within 2-3 minutes walking distance. Via tram, you can reach every part of Leipzig (direct connection to University and HHL). Parking spots are plenty in the neighbourhood.
We can also provide a sub-rent contract for city registration.
