WG-Zimmer in der Kolonnadenstraße // room in shared flat in the center of Leipzig

Die WG liegt im Stadtteil Zentrum-West also so ziemlich so zentral wie es ein Wohngebiet in Leipzig nur sein kann. Mit dem Rad braucht man ganze 3-5 min zum Hauptcampus und 15 min zur HTWK. Die nächste Bahnstation ist 3 min Fußweg entfernt und von dort aus kommt man schnell überall hin. Direkt um die Ecke ist auch der Johannapark und einer der schönsten Parks in Leipzig, der Clara-Zetkin Park. Die Kolonnadenstraße selbst ist eine belebte kleine Straße ohne viel Autoverkehr, dafür aber mit Bars, Cafés und Späti. Und der besten Buchhandlung der Stadt! Rewe, Konsum, Aldi und Lidl sind auch in direkter Umgebung. Und da die Kolle direkt an der Innenstadt liegt, sind auch Kinos, Märkte und alles was man sich wünschen kann in der Nähe.

The apartment is located in the west of the city centre, so pretty much as close as it gets for an apartment in Leipzig. With the bike you'll just need 3-5 min to the main campus of the university Leipzig and 15 min to the Leipzig university of applied sciences. The next tram station is 3 min away from the apartment with many trams that come an go and will bring you everywhere in a short time. Right across the corner are two parks, the Johannapark and the Clara-Zetkin-Park, the latter is one of the most beautiful parks of the city. The street itself (Kolonnadenstraße) is a short vibrant street with almost no traffic and some bars, cafés and a late-night store. It also hosts the city's best bookstore! You can choose from 4 nearby big shops to buy your groceries from. Considering that the apartment is right next to the city centre, cinemas, markets and everything you could wish for is near your home.

Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, sondern haben Lust auf wirkliches Zusammenleben. Wir sind zwar alle drei relativ viel unterwegs (Studium, Arbeit und Projekte) hängen aber auch gerne zusammen in der WG rum, reden oder kochen miteinander, gehen zusammen raus usw. Wir teilen z.B. auch Kühlschrank und Vorräte.
Natürlich ist es uns aber auch wichtig, dass die WG für jede*n Mitbewohner*in eine Rückzugsmöglichkeit darstellt und man sich hier in jeder Stimmung wohlfühlen kann. Freund*innen, Partner*innen und sonstiger Besuch sind natürlich willkommen bei uns in der WG.

All of us have our own timetables (studies, labor and projects) but we also like to hang out together, conversate and cook good vegetarian meals and go out together. Also we're sharing our fridge and food supplies.
It is also important for us, that the flat is a safe-space for everyone in every mood. Friends and partners are always welcome in our flat.

Edwin (24 - er) Edwin befindet sich auf der langen Zielgerade seines Studiums in Halle. Außerdem macht er viel Theater und Musik und mag gute Gespräche.

Leonid (25 - er) studiert aktuell Medientechnik, macht Musik und arbeitet nebenbei im Kino. Er redet auch manchmal gerne.


Einzug wäre angedacht für Anfang ______. Wir suchen eine Person, die längerfristig bleiben möchte, mindestens ein halbes Jahr wäre uns wichtig.

Edwin (24 - he/him) is currently on the long home stretch of his studies in Halle. He also does a lot of theater stuff and music and loves to have good conversations.

Leonid (25 - he/him) is studying media-technician stuff, produces music and is working at the cinema. Sometimes he also likes to talk.

You could move in by the beginning of ______. We're searching for a person staying at least like half a year. In the past we've also had erasmus-students and other internationals.
