Short or Long- term accomodation w/Anmeldung since October 1st ONWARDS

My name is Sebastian, I'm 29 years old, interior designer and I am originally from Chile. I was living in Vienna since August 2022. I was a volunteer in one of the best hostels in Vienna, Hostel Ruthensteiner, but It finished at the end of July. For being a volunteer for such a long time, my social skills, improved a lot. Due to this, It's kind of easy for me to connect with unknown people at the start and make them feel confortable when they are next to me. Maybe It's because I'm very chill and calm, but also I love dancing and singing most of the time, you'll notice it. I don't smoke and i don't have pets.
I tolerate every culture and I'm open-minded most of the time. I'm responsable and clean and easy-going.
I have been living here in Leipzig since August 1st, and now I'm looking for a short-term accomodation, but if it's Long-term would be better, since October 1st onwards.
