Looking for a light room in shared flat

Hello potential flatmate!

My name is Anna (26 years old). I am a business analyst and work remotely for a Ukrainian IT company. We create websites, and presentations, and provide marketing consultation for pharma and life science companies worldwide.

Reading is my preferred method to rest, I adore non-fiction literature, most of the literature about psychology, and self-development catches my attention. Also, I appreciate walks in nature, playing board games, and watching movies in a company.
I have 8 years of WG life experience and prefer to communicate openly and agree about everything related to coliving and spending time together.
I moved to Germany 7 months ago primarily because of the situation in Ukraine and plan to be in Germany for at least 5 months more. I am looking for a flat in Leipzig because want to explore this city and try living there.

I am looking for a light room of at least 12 square meters.
It will be great if the room has a bed or a comfortable sofa, however, it is not mandatory.
A stable Internet connection is significant for me because I have daily calls with colleagues.
I don't plan to live with pets and have a habit of cleaning rooms and the flat once a week. Also, I would like to make a room more lively with plants if there are no ones.
