Zentrumnahe WG sucht neue Mitbewohnis 🌞

Die Wohnung liegt im eher ruhigen Zentrum-Nord Leipzigs. Auf der Gohliser Straße gibt es alles für den täglichen Bedarf - Friseur und Späti direkt unter der Wohnung, Bäcker, Apotheken, Bioläden und eine Straße weiter einen Konsum.
Der Weg zur großen Georg-Schuhmann-Straße in Gohlis ist auch nicht weit. Dort findest du Kaufland, Penny, Rewe etc., Möbel Secondhand Läden und viele Essensmöglichkeiten.

Wirklich direkt vor der Haustür befindet sich die Haltestelle Springerstraße, an der die Straßenbahnlinie 12, und aktuell auch die 4, hält. Bis zur Haltestelle Chausseehaus sind es etwa 8 Minuten und von dort fahren dich die Linien 11, 16 und 10 in die Innenstadt oder Südvorstadt. Mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß bist du auch sehr schnell in der Innenstadt :)

In der Nähe ist der schöne Zoo und der Park Rosental, welcher perfekt für Grillen/Spazierengehen/Sport machen ist. Von dort hast du auch direkten Zugang zum Auenwald.


The WG is located in the calm, pretty area of Zentrum-Nord. Right within walking distance on our street is a hairsalon, Apotheke, bakery, organic grocery store, and the Späti. And just a little further you can find a Penny, Rewe, Kaufland, secondhand furniture stores, and more.

The tram stop ‘Springerstraße’ is conveniently located directly in front of the building, which has the Tram Lines 4 and 12. These will take you directly into the city center in only 10 minutes. The tram stop Chauseehaus is also only a short walk away, and there you have direct access to tram lines 11, 16 and 10.

In the immediate area is the zoo, Rosental Park, and the Auenwald; which are perfect for walks, picnics with friends, grilling, or playing sports.

Mila (she/her) ist 22 und studiert American Studies im 4. Semester. Sie liebt Theater, Serien gucken und hört gerne Musik und verbringt viel Zeit mit ihren Freund*Innen in Cafés, Bars und leider auch viel in der Bib. Sie hat Interesse an einem aktiven WG Leben vom gemeinsamen kochen, Filmabenden, Ausflügen zum See bis hin zum feiern gehen.

Molly (she/her) ist das neuste Mitglied der WG, da sie erst im April nach Leipzig gezogen ist. Sie ist 21, kommt aus den USA und hat dann für ein einhalb Jahre in Berlin gelebt. Sie ist die Cat-Mom der WG für unseren Kater Nemo. Sie studiert American Studies im 2. Semester und lernt Leipzig erst noch kennen. In ihrer Freizeit trifft sie sich gerne mit Freund*Innen in Cafés und Bars, schreibt Tagebuch im Park oder sucht gute deals auf Flohmärkten. Sie freut sich auf eine nähere WG-Atmosphäre in der man sich mal nett in der Küche/ auf dem Balkon unterhalten, oder Dinge außerhalb der Wohnung zusammen machen kann.

Nemo ist das dramatischste Mitglied der WG, aber er liebt es so viel Aufmerksamkeit zu kriegen wie er nur kann. Generell ist er ein sehr netter Kater und sein Lieblingsplatz ist auf dem Kühlschrank im Flur.

Weil gleich zwei Zimmer in der Wohnung frei werden haben wir bisher noch kein komplett regelmäßiges WG-Leben. Wir würden sich aber über ein gemeinsames Zusammenleben freuen, in den offen kommuniziert wird und auch mal gemeinsam Dinge unternommen oder zusammen gegessen wird :) Bisher haben wir immer auf Englisch miteinander geredet da Molly aus den USA kommt und gerade dabei ist Deutsch zu lernen. Das ist natürlich kein muss, aber ein paar Englischkenntnisse wären von Vorteil :)

Wir sind eine offene, inklusive WG und akzeptieren keine Homophobie/ Rassismus jeglicher Art!!

Mila (she/her) is 22 years old and is studying American studies in the 4th semester. She love theater, watching series and listening to music. She spends a lot of time with her friends in Cafés/Bars and sadly, also at the library. She‘s interested in an active WG life with cooking evenings, trips to the lake or partying together. Also, she loves sharks.

Molly is a new member of the WG, who just moved to Leipzig in April. She is 21 (she/her) and is originally from the U.S, but was living in Berlin for a year and a half before. She is the cat mom of our WG rescue cat Nemo. She is in her second semester of American studies. Molly is still getting to know the city, but in her free time she likes to meet friends at bars or cafés, journal in the park, or hunt for good deals at the fleamarkets. She’s looking forward to having a close-knit WG atmosphere who she can have nice talks in the kitchen or on the balcony with, but also to do things together outside the apartment sometimes.

Nemo is the most dramatic member of the WG, but he loves getting any attention he can. Overall he is a very friendly cat, and his favorite spot to hang out is on top of the fridge in the hallway.

Because two rooms in the apartment will be free, we have not yet a completely regular WG life. But we would be happy about a common life together, in which we openly communicate with each other and also sometimes do things or eat together :) So far we have always talked to each other in English because Molly comes from the USA and is just learning German. This is of course not a must, but some knowledge of English would be an advantage :)

We are an open-minded, inclusive WG, and we do not tolerate homophobia or racism of any kind!!

Unser Vermieter möchte ein paar Dokumente von dir (Selbstauskunft, Ausweiskopie etc.) haben bevor du einziehen kannst, aber genaueres können wir dir dann beim Kennenlerngespräch erzählen :)
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert abgeben, da Mila nur in ein anderes Zimmer der Wohnung zieht.

Also, our landlord will also need a couple documents from you including a Selbstauskunft, and copy of your ID etc. But we will explain more about this to you in the meeting when we get to know eachother better :) The room will also be unfurnished, because Mila will moving into the other room in the apartment.
