Die Wohnung liegt an der Kreuzung der Arno-Nitzsche und Zwickauer Straße, direkt an der Haltestelle Triftweg. Von dort aus kannst du die Bahn 16 oder 10 benutzen. In drei Haltestellen oder in circa 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad bist du beim Connewitz Kreuz. Die 16 braucht 17 Minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Hier ist es sehr ruhig aber du benötigst dennoch nicht lange zum Trubel, was ich sehr schätze. Der Silbersee, ein riesiges wunderschönes Naherholungsgebiet ist auch gleich um die Ecke. Auch wenn dieser Stadtteil etwas spießig erscheint und auch ist, ist er trotzdem relativ divers. Um die Ecke gibt es einen süßen Eisladen, das Café in dem ich arbeite, einen Lidl, einen Konsum und die Tankstelle.


The apartment is located at the intersection of Arno-Nitzsche and Zwickauer Straße, directly at the Triftweg stop. From there you can use train 16 or 10. In three stops or about 5 minutes by bike you will be at Connewitz Kreuz. The 16 takes 17 minutes to get to the main station. It's very quiet here but it doesn't take you long to get to the hustle and bustle, which I really appreciate. The Silbersee, a huge, beautiful local recreation area, is also just around the corner. Even if this district seems and is a bit stuffy, it is still relatively diverse. Around the corner there is a cute ice cream shop, the café where I work at, a Lidl, a Konsum and a gas station.

Ich bin Sonja (sie/keine), 27 Jahr alt und arbeite seit kurzem in einem coolen kleinen Café direkt nebenan. Für mein Studium muss ich noch ein Staatsexamen ablegen und bin dann bald fertig. Ich liebe Fahrradtouren, Hühner & Hunde, an Autos schrauben, Kreativkram, Awarenessarbeit, kollektiv RTL2 schauen, Camping mit meinem Bus und Holzarbeiten. Generell habe ich Bock auf alles handwerkliche, deshalb zieht auch bald noch eine Werkbank in den Keller ein. Die kannst du natürlich mit benutzen, sowie mein Lastenrad und den Camper. Zu mir gehören außerdem zwei Hunde. Nummer 1 ist Ruben, 8 Jahre alt, nettester Hund der Welt. Er ist sehr pflegeleicht, alle lieben ihn. Nummer 2 ist Tima, 3 Jahre alt, sehr aktiv, macht alles mit, hitziges Gemüt und braucht etwas Zeit um Leute zu mögen. Beide sind aus dem Tierschutz, haben lockiges Fell und haaren nicht. Ich bin selbst Allergiker*in und merke bei denen nichts. Mir ist es wichtig, dass Leute im Umgang mit dogs etwas geübt sind, beziehungsweise einfach Lust drauf haben, da vor allem Tima erstmal schwieriger zu handhaben ist. Ich erwarte nicht, dass du tägliche Aufgaben in Bezug auf die Hunde übernimmst. Aber wenn du gerade eh mal zuhause bist und es dir in den Kram passt, wäre es natürlich cute wenn du auch mal mit denen auf dem Sofa abhängst oder so.

Ich möchte gerne mit einer FLINTA* Person zusammen leben, die queer oder zumindest sehr queer friendly ist. Mir ist ein enges Verhältnis untereinander wichtig. Ich würde mich freuen wenn wir auch mal was außerhalb der Wohnung unternehmen und uns generell supporten. Vor allem ausgeglichen Care Arbeit leisten ist mir wichtig.
Ich bin neurodivergent, weshalb ich mir einen awaren Umgang damit wünschen würde. Ich mag meinen Wohnraum sauber, aber schaffe es manchmal nicht so gut Ordnung zu halten. Wir können den Wohnraum gerne zusammen neu/umgestalten, ich bin immer offen für Projekte. <3


I'm Sonja (she/none), 27 years old and I've recently started working in a cool little café right next door. I still have to take a state exam for my studies and will soon be finished. I love bike rides, chickens & dogs, working on cars, creative stuff, awareness work, watching RTL2 collectively, camping with my bus and woodworking. In general, I'm keen on anything crafty, which is why a workbench will soon be moving into the basement. Of course you can use them, as well as my cargo bike and the camper. I also have two dogs. Number 1. is Ruben, 8 years old, nicest dog in the world. He is very easy to care for, everyone loves him. Number 2. is Tima, 3 years old, very active,, hot-tempered and needs some time to like people. Both are from animal welfare, have curly fur and don't shed. I'm an allergy sufferer myself and don't notice anything with them. It's important to me that people are somewhat experienced in dealing with dogs, or simply feel like it, because Tima in particular is initially more difficult to handle. I don't expect you to take on any daily tasks related to the dogs. But if you're at home anyway and it suits you, it would of course be nice if you just hang out with them on the sofa or something.

I would like to live with a FLINTA* person who is queer or at least very queer friendly. A close relationship is important to me. I would be happy if we could do something outside of the apartment sometimes and support each other in general. Above all, doing balanced care work is important to me.
I'm neurodivergent, which is why I would like you to deal with it in an aware manner. I like my living space clean, but sometimes I don't manage to keep it tidy. We could redesign the living space together, I am always open for projects. <3
