Hi there,
My name is Jakub, I am 36 years old.
I rent 2.5 room flat. I occupy smaller one, the larger one is for rent. It has one wall and one roof window, it is relatively big, around 20 sq meters. It is cosy and light.
I occupy smaller room.
In the basement there is Waschraum .
Kitchen nice and fully equipped. Waschroom basic, there is no shower, just "die Wanne". I keep it in order , be assured although it is not new , it is clean and comfortable.
I stay in this flat for about 5-10 days a month. I travel a lot for business and spend a lot of time with my family in Poland. Time to time I have to show up here. I work in Chempark Leverkusen.
I don't smoke, drink socially. I am not noisy neither problematic.
Location: Im Kalkfeld 8 DG. Excellent bus connections and train station Opladen 15 min walk from here.
